    If you want to increase your subscriber numbers, First, if you are going to record on your phone turn it on it's side. The thin vertical recording is turning g viewers away. Second, every video you put out, a link should be put on Facebook and Instagram. Third, you have to put out at least 2 vidoes a week for a year before the algorithm will begin to work for you. I have a hard time staying focused on the video shot with your phone in that position. I hope this helps.
