Many thanks for the video. When I get to this part (6:06) and after I press Brake and then replace Brake pads .... it says this system is not supported.
Any idea why this is happening.
I reinstalled the software but it still gives the same.
All the diagnostic section works... it is the 'Service' section that give me problems.
    Any suggestions.

Hi There. I haven't come across that issue. I'll be working on the car tomorrow and will try a few scenarios to see if I can replicate yours and see if we can find a solution and then give an update here.

Discovered... one has to first go into diagnostics, choose one's car manually. Then return to home screen and choose service.... epb and then again EPB

      I sent this to Autel:
      To service the brakes:
From the home screen press Diagnostics and manually choose your car.
Return to home screen and press Service, then your make (VW was my only option), then EPB, and it should work.
Please help your new users when you are creating an update by including this into Diagnostics first even though the user is seeking Service only for the brake pads.

I'd never have found it, if it wasn't for your clear methodology. Well done. 100%
