Double taxation is not happening as tax is on the recipient. The dividend is received by the recipient. Nbr can reduce tax for listed companies as incentive.

ভাল কোম্পানির স্পন্সরা যখন দেখে তাদের দীর্ঘ দিনের কষ্টের কোম্পানির প্লেসমেন্ট শেয়ার এস এস স্টিল এর ন্যায় সাইদুল রহমানদের দিতে হবে মার্কেট এ লিস্টিং হতে তখন তারা আগ্রহ হারায়।
