উনার কথায় খুব ক্লিয়ার হল, ভারতে ফরেন সেল আসলে তা মিচ্যুয়াল ফান্ড গুলি প্রতি মাসের সি এসবি মুনাফার ফান্ড থেকে এবজর্ব করে নেয় আর আমাদের দেশে ফরেন সেল আসলে, ইন্সটিটিউট গুলি সহ বড় বড় হাই নেটওয়ার্ক বিনিয়োগকারীরা সংগবদ্ধ ভাবে কম দামে কিনে নিতে ধান্দা করে বাজার ফেলে।
