পশ্চিমের ব্যাংকিং সংকট ২০০৭-০৮ এর মত প্রকট হবে না যে বৈশ্বিক আর্থিক ব্যবস্থা ধসে যাবে। বরং বৈশ্বিক পণ্যবাজার শান্ত হওয়ার সুফল পাবে বাংলাদেশ। বাজারভিত্তিক বিনিময় হার রেমিটেন্স অনেক বাড়াতে পারে।
আর ব্যাংক ঋণের সুদে সর্বোচ্চ সীমা তুলে দিলে ব্যাংকের মুনাফা বাড়বে। ইপিএস, সম্পদমূল্য ও লভ্যাংশ বিবেচনায় অনেক ব্যাংকের শেয়ারের দাম কম আছে, যেগুলো বিনিয়োগকারীদের আকৃষ্ট করতে পারে। তবে বিনিয়োগের আগে অবশ্যই ব্যাংকের সম্পদের মান গভীরভাবে পর্যালোচনা করতে হবে।

ROE এর সাথে NAV এর সম্পর্ক রয়েছে। এবং Price.
Cost of Fund যদি আমাদের ইকোনমিতে ১৩% বা ১৪% হয়। ফান্ড রেইজ করতে কত টাকা লাগে। আমাদের ইকোনমিতে ১৩% বা ১৪%. ROE, Cost of fund এর সমান হলে ভাল৷
এখন কোন ব্যাংকের ROE যদি ১৩% বা ১৪% তাহলে NAV এর কাছাকাছি দরে কেনা যায়। ROE এর কম হলে দামও NAV এর কম হবে, বেশি হলে দামও বেশি হবে।
