The shape reminds me of a Airplane Hanger but those Garage doors make it stand out. Blue front door is a great touch. Like Horton cause what you see is what you get minus furnishings which can be negotiated. :) Washer, Dryer, and Fridge same way. The Next Gen in this one is nice for sure. I'd keep it for company and limit myself to the rest of the home. :) Sitting area would suit me fine instead of the dinning area. Large lot just right for Pool and other water features.No RV but just right for a car trailer. Love the master bath and bedroom. 500K seems reasonable for what you are getting. Great tour. Your camera works great and better than your earlier vids.

Hello David, Sunday evening and a new video !!! For me even 2 today, because I viewed and commented your last video just today. A direct comparison for me. The same type: multi-gen suite, 3 garages on one level and yet completely different. I found the other house better from the floorplan. Yes it was also more expensive. Whereby it is also well resolved here. The living-dining and cooking area is large and cozy. The back yard area is also nice and large and the distance to the neighbors is greater. I always think it's good if you can reach this area easily for example to build a pool. Tell me what is the $ 690 SID? Have a nice Sunday and see you soon!! HD

The SId is Special Improvement District. Local Improvement District (LID) & Special Improvement District (SID) : When your community was being developed, the builder requested the city to install basic needs to build to the unimproved land such as plumbing for the sewer, public streets, fire hydrants, and street lights. The builder has the choice to absorb the cost or pass along to the buyer. See you soon :)
