@@VegasRealtor Yes, today it should be summer for the first time with 77 degrees F. 3 days, then it will be colder again. Max 55 degrees. This are means "the ice saints" for us in May. So frost nights are still possible with us. Well we will see. Greetings HD

Real nice example of no nonsense price options.Great cavernous living area coupled with next gen. Great location but I would drive rather than carry 2 bundles of Toilet Paper all the way back home. Great tour and thank you.

This is a beautiful home. Sadly, it is way too large for me, don’t need more than 2 - 3 bedrooms. It is just put together so well, my only (small) complaints are not liking the color of the living room accent wall and the back splash in the kitchen. The pool area and backyard is lovely! That area to the right of the pool should be converted to a covered cabana/patio, have some shaded area outside. I really do like this home builder!
Yes, I would walk to Costco, pick up a cheap dinner - rotisserie chicken and a salad.
