Loved this recipe! I like the idea of the cheese; a little saltiness in desserts is pretty crucial in regards to taste! I like whipping a few tablespoons of cream cheese with my heavy cream :)

what brand of young coconut did you use please in this recipe please?
somehow I couldn't find good soft young coconut. Those I find are also shredded and frozen but are tough and unsuitable for salad. That one you used seems so soft and almost translucent. 😊
