A very basic tablet Chris, which for this price is reasonable, if you are on really tight budget! But personally I'd save up and get something around the 200 dollar mark. That will provide a, much better experience! Comprehensive and thorough as always ✌👍
Another good tablet I've seen recently is the Alldocube iPlay 50 mini which is an 8 incher. Although I'm hesitant to get this over the Mediapad M5 8 which was a flagship from 5 years ago. Yeah it's old but is still a flagship. Trying to wait for a review on that.
Teclast's stuff is so close in price it just competes with itself. I ended up ordering the M40 Plus with a worse camera and a better battery but otherwise about the same.
Still running daily driver Teclast M30 with 2560 x 1600 great for web and pdf compared to 1200 x 2000. Previously the X98 Plus with 2048 x 1536 4:3 was also decent (custom firmware from the TechTablets forums) until one night I felt a hotspot and died. Think it was the power management and still keeplng it around just in case I have the time to prod around. SMH at the negativity from some comments, well worth the money when you consider the tradeoffs, especially when at the other end it allowed me to splurge on a flagship smartphone.
M30 was great back then. Yes a lot of anti comments and some are fair like no updates to major new Android versions. My X98 Air III is still working! But the battery life is about 1 hour max now it needs a new battery.
The tablet is bright enough for me though for a cheap Android pad its actually good . What people don't understand is that even more expensive pads can have problems too as well .so this is really worth the price tag to buy if you are an average user . Especially. And for those having these type of computers for the first time its a smart buy .the performance is good. For its price .

Android 13 and even though it won't get more os updates it will surely get security patches unlike those Chinese brands, good audio because of the four stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and can watch Netflix and Amazon prime video in 1080p for ~200 dollars. Also got 3.5mm jack
When will you review the amazon fire 11 max tablet ? I just bought it on prime day sale for a great price of $149.99 to upgrade my fire hd 10 2021 model (got it for $75 on sale). Also if possible then can you include geekbench testing in your reviews. Great channel and good review. Thank you

Once I bought a Teclast T10, but some time after some gost movements on the screen appeared. I complained but they did care to replace it. Buying chinese things is always a risk!
I bought a dual boot tablet like 6-7 years ago and sold it like an idiot later on. now I want another one but I can't find any brand new. there were a few chinese companies making dual boot tablets with win10 and android. did they stop making those ? did microsoft sue them or sth ? what happened ?

For me not anymore, bored with netflix. Only youtubing atm. Anything else I would like to see in fhd you can always download for free. The things important to me are pubg at high settings with ultra smooth and good sound. Having an ipad pro I am used to this, so I think i'm looking at least at 300 euro for an android tablet that fits me.
@ Oh you don't have to defend yourself. I enjoyed netflix very much but the last 3 years not so much but it keeps the wife happy. But yes it would be nice to have fhd and to me the whole certification circus is unnecessary because it's the clients of netflix who pay for the content quality.

@@Techtablets I'm concerned about some of the advertising for the T50 pro. Teclast are saying its 8+8gb ram but at all the recent trade shows it was shown as 8gb ram with 256gb storage. I know there is a glut of memory at the moment but the 8+8 is a bit suspect. All I can think of is that the Chinese love good old number 8. You have any further info on this?

Also they have one much cheaper with mediatek 1300 but it is a bit slower I guess, still fast enough probably. The thing is with this kind of money I expect long lasting use with security updates and whatnot, not sure if it will get any.

iPlay 50 mini seems interesting with the widevine l1 cert and Android 13. Of course it's smaller size.

Yes Gensin is just too demanding for this older chipset. Asphalt, PUBG etc all good.

Long gone. Windows license fees put and end to that and the bios that supports it. Plus Intel.

Yes but it runs poorly.

The price of course and stock android. Apart from that not much no. Save longer and get something better is always an option.
