Assalamualikum Wr Wb. Moiz kaise ho bete Aap boht ache recipe banate ho MashaAllah Barakallah. Lakin chicken mandi ye nahi hai ye Hyderabad mein banate but Saudi Arabia mein mandi Aisi nahi banate actually mandi steam mein banti hai ek hi waqt chicken aur rice steam kerte hai. Mujhe 20year ka experience hai. But ye.boht tasty hosakti hai lakin Mandi nai hoti.

Your biryani recipe is the best. Tried this after your biryani recipe. But, the masala doesnt seem to go inside the chicken properly. Outside of chicken is tasty but inside is little bland.. How to improve this?
