kesar yellow food colour ¼ tspn
turmeric powder ½ a tspn
juice of 1 lemon
chicken steam
oil 4 tablespoon
onion 1

green chilli 4
dried lemon 2
chicken stock cube 2
rice 1 kg (basmati rice 1 kg)
water 2&½ a litre
charcoal 1
for garnish
fried onions
fried cashew nuts, raisins and almonds

5 tomatoes
green chilli 4-5
salt ½ a tspn

coriander leaves
