You need to fill if you have had some vaccinations earlier. If you have had some vaccinations or some else medical history bring the documents with you.
After getting receiving letter of confirmation where you get case number. After that how much time it takes as still they not ask for any document and showing actively under process… its been 17 month nothing new

Answer to your first question: You can't apply for a spouse visa unless you don't have a marriage certificate, but to speed up your process you can always apply for a Fiancee visa but that will be a whole different process. Answer to your second question: Unfortunately no, you can either apply for a visitor visa or Spouse visa at a time, not both at a time.

@@sbasavarajpatil Nooooo, nobody took me to a different room, unless there is some documents problem or anything else, at the time of my interview only old people were going to a room where they don't have to stand and give the interview for their own convenience, which is good I guess. The whole point of us making this video was to help people that there is nothing to be scared of and nothing to be worried about, people over there are really helpful. Trust me my interview was really smooth. Also if you have any doubt you can always call the embassy they will answer every single question you have. we did that and it was helpful. I hope I answered what you were asking for I just realized it's a long paragraph uffffff. haha

It's okay you can contact embassy and ask them, people are getting interviews who got approved in sept as well, but there are still cases from july. So better you ask from them that what is taking long what could be the possible reason

She is a green card holder?? then she can easily apply for either a fiance visa or if they are getting married soon then she can apply for spouse visa

Yeah you guys can do that, but it's more towards the risky side to get it approved, but you can apply. spouse can't get work permit

Notarised copies of husband documents like passport naturlisarion birth certificates meant what?like he have to get it notarized there in usa and mail it, then i get copies of it ? Or after he sending normal scan copies i should get here Notarised? And what is process to get Notarised? I applied for 1 30 in feb 2022 do u have any idea when will they apporove and schedule interview?
