Everyone is the industry, especially buyers agents are focused on short term, because it looks good to show quick results. Would love to see an episode on longer term suburb picking, 5-10 year growth

Simon Loo is funny, saying "why would you go into places like Bunbury or Geraldton when merriwa and butler are so close to the coast and cbd - I just don't get it" ... same reason someone would buy into places like Nambucca Heads back in the day aye Simon :) good ep tho thnx

I totally agree with Rob flux in regards to his development perspective with St Mary’s being his top pick as I live in Dharruk NSW and can see all the work going on in St Mary’s and Penrith. I think Gilbert meant Shalvey which is also close by to me. He’s right about the crime rate but it isn’t as bad as the media makes it out to be. This episode is a cheat code for investors. Glad you enjoyed the ep mate! Yeah great spotting, this list was built using several pressure indicators some which might not have been used with Steves list like Avg. Potential Buyers by Suburb and some more local affordability levels. Steves was broken up into $500k $800k $1m+ were as we didnt want to go over the $800k and $1m mark unless we absolutely had too. love to hear if there's anything else you'd want to see in future eps like this bro 🙂
