I just finished my master degree in anthropology in university of kenya. I am going to travel in Europe and North America to study the way of life in these cultures, by participating in the local customs.

As soon as he mentioned Papua New Guinea, I was expecting him to mention men rather than women. PNG, btw, is home to the Etoro tribe, who have certain beliefs that involves boys and men, lifeforce and semen. They even ban hetero sex for 2/3 of the year. I believe there may be other tribes similar to this, but that is the one I know of.

It's not bad, but it slips from time to time.
Their British accent is better. I have yet to hear anyone not from the region manage a South African accent (afrikaans, english or any of the 'native'/black accents). It is massacred every time.
Key is a trained Shakespearean stage actor. That may help.
