As an absolutely die-hard NBA fan this basketball cards segment is absolutely pure genius! 😆😂🤣 I love it so much and even for none basketball or sports fans you can still make great comedy around it!

@@jeffrhodes8103 yeah as the years go on it seems to be less and less, I think being stuck at the writers table for so long he had a bit of a attitude coming back into the stand up community and needed to prove himself lol doesn't help the general public has no clue he was part of the greatest sketch comedy show we ever got to see on cable lol
I like him more as a guest, his blocks special was good but I couldn't get into the pod regardless of how good the guest is

I saw him do one of his famous 2.5 hour sets of smoking and talking and it was the worst show ever. I also saw him do a half hour of jokes and it was fantastic. Dave was the GOAT for about 1 year and that was early 2000's. About 20 years ago.
