Your music always has such a wonderful energy to it, I love listening to the things you make~. But if you ever have trouble keeping it together, it's okay to let yourself rest or ask for help.
All of the instruments in this seem really thought out, and the drums are super crunchy :) Still, sometimes the best music is made at a steady pace. I face a similar problem where if I put off a composition too long I lose any motivation to work on it, so maybe the best thing to do is to find a balance between working hard and taking breaks?
