I still remember playing this game as a kid and how, after trying for so long, I finally got through it and saw that ending. I was so happy then and now it makes me want to cry at the sight of it 🥲

To be honest, as big of a SIDoholic as I am, I was never a huge fan of the original SID for this game (I liked the game itself, but found the music to be somewhat mediocre), but THIS is excellent, He literally took what I consider to be a rather middling/average (maybe slightly above) SIDtune and turned it into a masterpiece
I don't know how they've made that theme so good on the C64's soundsystem. ...and what darkest being got your soul in exchange for the ability to create such marvelous remix.

I spent countless hours in SpyVsSpy c64 game. I'm sure it's for the hypnotic sountrack. It's hard coded in my brain and a few notes bring me back to those immutable memories of a world which isn't here any more, and has never been part of reality, but always lived in bit and bytes inside computer chips as coded information and on a different state of mind than physical atom matter imperfect tangible decaying world. Chiptunes are information, and therefore immortal.

If a new Spy vs. Spy game like the one that was released on the Xbox in 2005 is ever released, this should be used.
Its instantly recognizable and I really love that old pc sound.
