I am English teacher. When I hit the “tool” button I can’t find the assessment download center. Could you please tell me where can I find it.

@hebah1997, Savvas has updated the ELA programs "myview and myperspectives" so you will find the examview test generator software download menu under " Assessment " tab at the table of contents level.

what happen if there is not HTML menu when I would like to export?

You may not find HTM in the menu with earlier versions of exam view, however, starting from Version 6 and higher, it has been added.
