I know this was filmed a while back, but thank you for taking the time to document and post these procedures; helps us with the same machine a great deal.
Awesome video I’ve got one of these, bought it in 03. Most of the maintenance and repairs was done by a bobcat mechanic. From what I have been told the engine oil and hydraulic oil are actually the same. 15-40 engine oil. I was surprised too
The oil in the filter will be clean as you dumped out from the output of the filter. You would have to open the filter and look around the filter to look for debris.
That's funny about the muffler. When I got mine, the tip was missing as well. I did the repair like they did. And here I thought I invented the repair idea.
Thanks for the video Jay helped me with my 763, we work on things the same with the Japanese working boots, lol any chance you made a video draining the hydraulic fluid as that doesn't seem straight forward
Thanks for the insight on the servicing of these machine. you did not use safety stands to take the load off the jack, and support the machine. Safety Safety..
The spring is not factory. I put one on my 7753 just a oversize carburetor return spring. It works good my belt was popping off after I put that spring on it stopped 🔧
Jaydn, the amount of guess work involved here leaves the maintenance done to be questionable at best. Dispose of toxic fluids properly; this is a great sign of a bad mechanic 🙁

I love your bobcat work to garden work ratio. + safety third jandals of course. 🤙🤙
Great video! What solution mixture did you use for the degreaser? Also what PSI did you use to power wash everything
Ironically your hydro filter is easy to access. Mine are two located "down under" (:
Thank you for the video
I don't know why this popped up on the tube for me. However....👌👌👌👍. GREAT WATCH.
Thanks mate

Thank you
Nice work, well worth the effort, maybe run some engine flush through with your next oil change in five years time 😆👍
5 years is about right haha 👍
LOL you def don't have EPA over there. If we drained that stuff on the ground, there would be HUGE fines
I thought Europeans were very environmentally conscious people? Love how you let everything hit the grass! Old school!
The oil came out from the ground. Nothing wrong with putting it back where it came from.
@@vit8250 Love that answer👌👌👌👍
Europe won't survive the next 50 years, who cares about oil in the ground. They have bigger issues
" Europeans" ? WTF.. this is AU not EU mate
My oil drained super slow too
Nice video! What kind of cleaner do you spray on everything in there?
It's an industrial degreasers, not sure on the brand
Thanks, was wondering if that stuff damages the hoses if left on them for a while
Use brass bolts in the manifolds. Never rust up
Nice video man i have a question what oil do you have to use in the chaincase ?
Bobcat recommended engine oil so thats what I used, just the cheapest oil I could get as you need 30 liters
@@jaydnp. i have an 553 but the service book says many oils hydraulic oil and al and it says it takes 15liters
I stopped at the flip flops, so about 2 seconds. Have a good video everyone

thank you your jab use full
Doesnt that kill your grass. Hmm
Looks like they rigged the tailgate to Rigged mine too
Please get some boots on
Wow
THAT SPRING AN CHAIN IS NOT FACTORY SOMEONE ADDED THAT.. NOT ON MY 763..
I didn't think is was, dodgy but it works lol
That is legit a trampoline spring lol

Thats sad that you spend $400 on a muffler and it doesn’t even fit correctly
Very frustrating thats for sure
