    I feel like no one tells us as teenagers that our boobs still change and grow in our 20’s. I went from an 32, AA at 19 to a 32,D at 28. No weight gain just changing hormones. Women don’t get properly educated about our bodies.
    Im glad you came though this safe and happy.

    I’ve realized that my problem with boob jobs isn’t that the woman got it, but that the woman felt she needed to get it. But some women do it for their own positive and personal reasons and not because of peer or societal pressure. As long as the woman doesn’t feel “forced” to get it, there’s nothing psychologically unhealthy about boob jobs and many women feel more confident afterwards.

    • @propogandalf
      @propogandalf ปีที่แล้ว +280

      I hear what you're saying but a lot of times societal and peer pressures turn into personal reasons. Like if people paid the same attention to boobs that they pay to say knees, no one would ever say they're say they're too small or big or lopsided. And 90% of boob jobs would never happen. The problem is society. It's the same with nose jobs.

    I was a stripper for 5 years in my early twenties. I've always been an A cup and I didn't even get those until I was 17. After working around so many women that had breast augmentations I decided that I just didn't want one. They looked great in clothing but when the clothes came off maybe 5% of them still looked good. I learned to love the boobs I had. It's funny how you can be so insecure about something that other people find beautiful. In this case it's completely understandable. If I had uneven breasts I would have done exactly the same thing. I'm glad you're happy with your end result.

      Thank you for sharing that. Definitely provides a different perspective. I grew up dancing ballet for 12 years and many other types .. and was “praised” for having a “dancer’s body” (light and petite) and so being an A cup didn’t matter while I was a young ballerina… but it’s definitely caused plenty of insecurities in my adulthood (and even as a teenager- 26 now)… though your perspective of being around women, all the time, with those results, and seeing the less pleasant aspects of them, creates a different layer of consideration into those types of body modifications. Anyways. Thanks for sharing your story!

      No matter where you fall on the spectrum, there will be people who appreciate it, so don't worry about looking the way you think others would prefer, just worry about what you want for yourself solely internally. Many traditional models are very slim, and many social media figures have crazy curves, and both are appreciated by different audiences. And as far as romantic partners, the are men who like nearly flat, and men who like absurdly large, and everything in between, and women who prefer less traditionally feminine presenting partners, and women who's tastes are more in line with what male taste is stereotyped as. No matter what you've got, plenty of people will find it beautiful, so only worry about what you want for yourself, then just find the people who appreciate you for what you are and what you want to be.
      The internet warps our perception, but in real life fitting a mold is nowhere near as important.

      🔸A lot of ppl arent honest about this is because how society makes them feel about it tho.while one person has to be accountable, society doesn't have to be accountable because a group of ppl said it & they all have different spectrums of opinions.
      🔹So if you say something, ppl be like oh thats not me, thats the other ppl which is true that some part of society isnt toxic.
      🔹but that doesn't mean society isnt the issue. Its time ppl stop bashing ppl so ppl don't have to feel like they need to hide it in the first place.
      🔹so i m happy shes honest but i m dont blame ppl that arent honest about it at all, i blame the toxic side of society that doesn't even hear ppl out or try to understand them/present their opinions politely.
      🔸Its as she said, you have something thats different you get teased, you change it & you get teased/bullied & judged for changing it.
      🔹that being said,i m not Pro/negative about cosmetic surgery i just feel different ppl may need different things.
      🔹so sometimes solution might be plastic surgery & sometimes it might not be & its ok if the person took an informed decision.
      🔹but when they didn't & sometimes they are risking their lives due to too many surgeries & they may need to see a therapist due to lack of self esteem due to being conditioned by superficial parts of society.
      🔹what we can do is be kind about our doubts & worries because we care about the person & not because we view it as some social sin.
      🔹Plus whats odd is the audacity people (so called angelic "kids") Have to bully people for no reason, they ll bully you no matter what size of chest you have, just some are bullied more than other.
      🔹oh you have big chest, you get body/slutshamed, have small then you still get body shamed as not feminine enough etc, if its uneven then its even worse.
      🔹either way i m happy it turned out ok for her tho.

    I got implants in 2018 after a weight loss of 40kg/88lbs. I started getting exhausted very quickly at only slight acitivity very soon after I got the implants. Doctors couldn't find anything besides a lot of autoimmune reactions that came out of nowhere. In 2019 I was completely bedbound at the age of 25, not even able to hold my own phone on my worst days. You can not imagine how awful that was and how scared you are, especially when everyone tells you it is a MENTAL ILLNESS!!!
    Finally, in October 2019, I got the diagnosis Chronic Fatigue Syndrome because of ASIA Syndrome (Auto immune/inflammatory disease induced by adjuvants). I was the first case in my country Austria that got the explantation paid by the health insurance because of that diagnosis.
    You people can not believe how awful doctors treated me, especially older male ones. I have no idea why no one believed that I had no energy and no force left in my muscles. Besides that my salivary glands and my thyroid were attacked by my immune system. And I also got scleroderma antibodies.
    End of story: My body not only attacked my implants (anti polymer antibodies), but also my own body to a very big extent.
    I am getting better, but noone can tell me if I will ever be at 100% of power again.

    I'd love to hear about any other cosmetic procedures you've had (if you've had any). There are so many procedures that a lot of "average" people don't even know about, that celebrities get but then deny getting and claim it's natural. Things like skin treatments, hairline laser treatments, fillers, implants, brow lifts, microblading, lash extensions, and more. I just hate the lying and hypocrisy lol. Most of the time, it's obvious when a celebrity has had work done, even if it's hard to pinpoint exactly what was changed. The lying makes it seem like they believe their fans are stupid. And if they'd rather not talk about it, they can always say that instead of completely denying it.

    My poor cousin was a triple E at 15. My uncle got her a boob reduction due to the back pain she experienced as she was only 5'5" and still growing. After a reduction she grew to a DD. She has lived with it although even that size on her small frame is still painful for her back. So as a result, she works out regularly to have a stronger core to support her chest size.

      That poor girl. I hate how oversexualised big boobs are especially by men. I know this is seemingly off topic but this comment has made me think of the fact that I have seen multiple men being upset about breast reductions and some husbands even having the audacity to cry about it and demand to have a say in that decision.
      It reminded me how little men care that we literally suffer from such big boobs and chronic pain indeed is fucking unbearable. I too feel like I am slowly noticing that I have chronic back pain from my breasts and to relief myself I either have to lay down or when I am at my desk I can actually lay my girlies on the table and lean forwards. Idk how to explain it lmfao, but my chair is pretty low and thus my upper body reaches the perfect height for me to be able to use my desk as a way to lift them off.

      Think about what you are saying before you say it. You are right that surgery is horrendous. There's not just the pain, but all sorts of possible complications that can do long-term harm to people, not to mention the expense and all the resources that are needed to carry it out. If it is not required to sort out a serious medical problem, surgery is a terrible thing. Cosmetic surgery is particularly bad, because it is so unnecessary: it's just the result of people's insecurity about their bodies. And yet this woman is actively propagandising for the cosmetic surgery industry: an industry that promotes and profits from that insecurity. And you are encouraging her by saying that she looks "amazing", thereby helping to validate what she is doing and feeding the narrative that plastic surgery makes people look amazing.

    I recently discovered her channel. And I just wanna say that this video made me love her a lot more?
    I (19F) have relatively small boobs and I’ve never really cared for them but social media makes me sometimes think that I’d look better with bigger boobs, and I won’t lie I felt the same when I saw Hayley’s shorts for the first time. It was a slight feeling of “oh I wish I had that too”
    But now I’m watching this video, and seeing Hayley being open about the procedures she’s done just makes her seem so much more…human? and it makes me feel like I don’t need to live up to an unrealistic beauty standard.
    I realized that Influencers getting a crap ton of work done and then claiming it’s “natural” is so harmful to young girls (I don’t care about my body but even I felt affected by it) so seeing Hayley being so open is a breath of fresh air :)

    • @noncog1
      @noncog1 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I can't comment on how you'd prefer to look for yourself, obviously, but as far as social reception goes, plenty of people don't find small breasts unattractive, I mean, look at most models (traditional, not social media influencers). Larger breasts grab more attention in thumbnail short format internet content, sure, but the dynamic is completely different in real life. Also it's even different situationally, with different outfits looking better or worse for different sizes, going both ways depending on the pieces. Also, smaller breasts often present better when unsupported and uncovered, so while they may not grab as much attention on the street, a close partner would appreciate them.
      It seems like it isn't a big deal to you anyways, which is great, but also to anyone else that may read this, focus on yourself as a whole, mind and body, not just body, and focus on your body's function, not its form. If you're healthy, you'll always look good, but if you focus on looks, you may not live healthy. And put real, conscious effort into picking the people around you, good people who help you grow and feel comfortable with who you are without having to change.
      If anyone wants to change how they look to fit their own internal goals, go for it, work hard for it, as long as it doesn't harm your health, but never let the internet tell you how you should look. For every look that's popular on the internet, you can easily find plenty of both men and women in the real world who aren't into that look, which is to say, you don't have to look a certain way to still be attractive to a very large part of the population.

    Thank you for your transparency and sharing this part of your journey. Really amazing to hear that you’ve had positive end results after the final surgery and it works for you. That’s really what’s most important.. I’m sure there can often be hesitation about any type of body modification or surgery about the end results being worth it, and for you it seems like you’re satisfied and that’s great ! I have always had a petite frame and part of the IBTC… I’ve looked into the different types of procedures and options … and idk if I ever will get augmentation surgery or not, or just learn better ways to accept the body God gave me without those modifications.. maybe they’ll grow if I ever have children, or maybe they’ll always be this size. Mostly just praying I one day marry a man who loves every part of my body, whether I do or don’t ever have that type of surgery. Really appreciate your courage to share your experience, and also stressing the importance of being fully educated and doing all the necessary research before making a long term decision.

    No matter what anyone says, the cruel and hurtful things that people say to you when you are young stay with you your entire life. The bright side of being bullied is that it often enhances your ability to have empathy for others and be less judgmental. It makes you a better judge of character, being able to see the rhinestones from the diamonds in this sea of souls. Through sharing your personal experience, it will give others who might be lost and in pain an opportunity to look to your example for solace and encouragement. The anger and resentment brought about by prolonged harassment can be converted into an indefatigable drive to conquer goals that most people could not even dare to dream. I am happy that you are pleased with the results of your surgery, but I am sad that ugly people compelled a spirit who was already a beautiful swan to go above and beyond to not feel like an ugly duckling. I believe most bullying is derived from jealousy. My belief is that evil energy always desires to snuff out the good in people, particulary those who have a rare shine to them who can be a major force for the good. You are a unique and precious soul. Yes, you are a beautiful muse, but it is your personality that is the shining star. You have a fantastic sense of humor and your love for your puppers is endearing. It shows that you have great compassion and concern for the most vulnerable in this world. As for bullying, I have experienced similar pain and triumph in life. I deeply appreciate your experience, as it mirrors much of my own. I see nothing but success and a fulfilling, spiritually rich future for you, Haley. Bless you!

    Thank you so much for talking about this, Haley! I wish this was a more openly talked about topic. As part of the ibtc I've always considered the possibility of getting mine done but never took the plunge (I had health issues that took priority). Now hearing about implant illness I'm glad I never did. Having already struggled for years to get my health issues taken seriously (i.e. no they're not in my head! 🙄), I hate to think what I would have had to go through on top of all that 🙈
    But I've also always wondered what they actually feel like for the person on the inside of their body (I've never heard anyone describe it before). Does it feel like skin stretched over a foreign object with no sensation past that "layer" of skin/muscle? Does your chest constantly feel compressed in a way? Is it like an internal sensation of permanently wearing a push-up bra? Always been curious 🤔

      I’ve always wondered how they felt too! I personally wouldn’t do it for myself, but I’ve dreamed of how it would feel to have bigger boobs 😂
      And a sweet coworker of mine had breast cancer and then got breast implants because she felt insecure about losing her breasts. She then learned around time of pandemic that the exact ones she had in were causing cancer in people!! She is okay, she of course then soon as possible went to remove them. But how crazy and sad to suffer an illness and then practically put it back inside your body.

    Two different boob sizes are totally normal. Some are a bigger disparity than others. One of mine is a DD the other is a large E. It’s very noticeable but I try to own it. It’s so easy to be insecure about literally everything about yourself. The things you could love in someone close to you could be the thing they despise in themselves and vice versa. Man, the bruising from some surgeries?! I had a relatively minor knee procedure back in '07 and the surgeon warned me that it'll hurt like a knee replacement because, in his words, "it's not like we'll be gentle, you're unconscious after all!" Seriously, bruised from mid thigh to mid shin and keenly aware that they dug around a LOT in the knee joint. Felt like they went at it with a chisel and hammer.
    Good on you for sharing your stories. You're right, there's SO much we just don't talk about....for what? If we're ok talking about things then we should. Girl I get you. I'm in the same situation because I've got a chest malformation. Yay! I truly needed to be the kid with the most issues since birth. And pectus exacavatum had to be one of them. Where your ribcage instead of sliglty coming out it dips in. Which causes me to also look slouchy. A lot of people tell me I'm not standing straight. Or that my shoulders are coming in. But for me, it physically hurts to straighten my shoulders outwards. It's like forcing yourself to tip toe for the rest of your life without the support of a heel or wedge. Just tip toeing in the air. And my mom has told me about surgery to fix both problems. But i refused for very valid reasons. I'm afraid of pain. I wouldn't want to do surgery on my bones now that I'm already developped and stopped growing, because it will hurt the hell out of me. And I'm scared. So scared I almost cry everytime I get an injection despite it not hurting at all in the end. And also I don't give a fuck. A man should love me for who I am not judge my body. If you love somebody you love them entirely. And to be honest, I found really good bras that look natural on me. So much so I forget about the issue entirely. I can wear this model with almost everything. Except very low cut or strappy stuff because it's a t-shirt bra. But I have others that hide really well. And I tourned the worst bra into one with interchangeable straps and I only wear it now with clear silicone straps when needed. And I'm happy.

      for me I used to slouch a lot in my teenage years and the podologist made me do some foot exercises, gave me a shoe insole and made me wear heels (not big), and I got so much better, he said the root of the posture, spine etc. starts with the feet; but I understand your problem is in your ribcage... Just googled 'pectus excavatum pictures' and it looks somehow poetic, literally looks like they are almost heartless, it's kinda cool. Anyway, hope you manage it well ^^

    • @nikitatavernitilitvynova
      @nikitatavernitilitvynova ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ei6728 what's funny is how my mom was sure I had this condition despite it has never been diagnosed on me. Because to her credit I didn't look like I had a caved in chest as a child. But it started to show more as I was developping during puberty. I told her I didn't believe her. That you can't diagnose someone by looking on the Internet. But then I gave up. Because yes, you can't diagnose someone using some random online article. But you also can't deny my ribcage doesn't cave in. Expecially after other doctors doubled down on it and acknowledged the issue was there. So yes my ribcage is pushed in for some reason. And in some cases it needs to be surgically fixed by putting a special metal bar in between to reshape the ribcage. I won't get it fixed probably unless I go through extensive therapy because I'm 21 and I know for sure at this age it's going to be a long painful ride. The only thing I have to look out for is weight gain. Which is quite hilarious considering I can barely put on weight because of my stomach issues. Basically a specialized doctor told me to control potential weight gain and that I should stay on the skinnier side or else I may put too much pressure on my chest. And because my ribcage already dips in, it can put pressure on my lungs making it hard for me to breathe. Well that's not funny at all.
      Also I forgot to mention I had flat feet and got them surgically fixed since i found out when I was 12 and it was too late for it to be cured with special insoles. I rememeber being told I was still in the clear because my foot would probably still grow so I wouldn't feel much pain but guess what? I had a pair of converse shoes that were 7 years old when I threw them away. So my foot hasn't grown since I was 12. I bought a new pair last year and used the old shoe as a size guide. I can't have anything good happen to me.

    Thank you for sharing. I love honest discourse around plastic surgery. Getting implants was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself (at the age of 39). I just wanted my body to be proportional, for shirts and dresses to fit. It's so hard when you need them to fit your waist and hips, but have nothing in the chest area. They just hang down and never look right. I'm so much more confident in and out of clothes now. The healing was definitely more painful than I expected, but they are amazing. My surgeon is an absolute artist. They don't look "fake." And frankly I didn't care if they did. No one would know except my partner anyway. I encourage everyone to what feels healthy for them, and mental health is so closely tied to how we see ourselves.
