I don’t think they are stalking her. There are at least two men involved. This is a pre-meditated robbery or kidnapping. They are trying to physically get to her to get access to her banking information or to traffic her. It’s not a crazy person thinking he loves Haley, this is a criminal enterprise coming after her.

Get some wasp spray. It can shoot up to 25 yards away. Pepper spray, they have to be closer to spray. I would make absolutely sure the door after the elevator is always locked.
You can get in trouble for this, if used on humans it can be considered assault. Self defense items have to be made for that and legal in your state. Bear spray is illegal to use on humans as well

Something near identical happened to me a few months ago!! This random guy kept buzzing my door looking for a woman named Alice or something and no matter what he kept coming back and trying to look into my house and yard. He also kept flashing an Apple gift card at my door camera and even left it there once. Long story short he got arrested for trespassing and haven't seen him since 😬😬 He was almost 70 but the cops said he seemed completely lucid and had no prior record! People are so weird!!!
If he is 70 he might have Alzheimer’s or Dementia, I have seen people with the condition mistake other people’s home as theirs but you did the thing of not opening the door, you never know these days, even 70 year olds can be criminals.

Also, are you able to ask the police to do extra patrols in and around your building, or even just have an officer there for a little while? Wouldn’t be hard to tell which unit # was hers based on that. Not to mention if it’s a rental, her floor plan is probably available online.

Girl! I have had 3 stalkers, all men I don’t know (one when I was 8, one when I was 17 and one at 24). They only stop when they’re behind bars. Stay with someone else until they find him because he will be back. He knows the camera is there and he doesn’t care. You probably don’t wanna find out what was in that bag.

She became more popular for the last 6 months and is still oblivious to the fact she's doxxed herself and continues to shoot videos in front of her house.
Talk to that girlfriend and get info from her about the perp! Tell everyone that this a repeated offense so that they dont accidentally let him in again (have a buddy system going in/out). I would also have someone stay with you until this man is caught and taken in. Safty in numbers!

Also take that screenshot of the man and make flyers that you put in and around the building saying this man is a stalker and potentially dangerous. Even if he is your stalker, he tried to grab another woman, so he's a security risk for everyone
He also grabbed her. The girlfriend could press charges, give the police a better excuse to grab him. They can get weird about not deterring stalkers.

Stalking laws need to be updated and more strict!! It’s absolutely terrible that ppl are allowed to stalk, and not be punished before they actually commit some act of violence.

Get some wasp spray. It can shoot up to 25 yards away. Pepper spray, they have to be closer to spray. I would make absolutely sure the door after the elevator is always locked.

I think it’s a robbery, but they are clearly intending to get to her physically. That’s why they are coming at night - they figured she’s more likely to be home and may open the door because she’s tired. They are also not running away when they realize she’s home, which means they want to get to Haley to probably make her empty her bank accounts and open the safe if she has one. Unless their intentions are worse than that…

She waited until after the third time, they said CALL IMMEDIATELY- she didn’t- she waited until he was gone. If she’d called as soon as he showed up, they might’ve been able to catch him. This is not the fault of NYPD

In reading through the comments, someone mentioned private security. 100% agree. Also, if you have the resources, counseling is good. The situation can get in your head a little. 🙏

Did you talk to the landlord? If he comes inside an apartment where multiple tenants are living, then it’s not only your problem. The landlord maybe able to hire bodyguards until he’s captured.

Something near identical happened to me a few months ago!! This random guy kept buzzing my door looking for a woman named Alice or something and no matter what he kept coming back and trying to look into my house and yard. He also kept flashing an Apple gift card at my door camera and even left it there once. Long story short he got arrested for trespassing and haven't seen him since 😬😬 He was almost 70 but the cops said he seemed completely lucid and had no prior record! People are so weird!!!
If he is 70 he might have Alzheimer’s or Dementia, I have seen people with the condition mistake other people’s home as theirs but you did the thing of not opening the door, you never know these days, even 70 year olds can be criminals.

Stalkers are terrifying, they dont do much (hopefully) than getting to your house unannounced in weird hours so really authorities doesnt really care about it. I still have this guy, since 2007, coming to my life in and out, to the point I move out from the continent and out of fear I can't post what I what if I visit my hometown because I am afraid he will do something. Last thing he did is send me a friend request with an account called "jaque mate" with a threatening message. My mom says he still shows up at my place at 3 am asking for me. But asking for someone is not a crime so here we are. 😢

However, I am wondering if there is a male friend or family member who can stay with you until these freaks are caught? Also, I understand the security features your building has, but does it have an actual security guard? I was a security guard at an apartment complex. If it doesn't, you might want to speak to management about getting one. Also, are you able to ask the police to do extra patrols in and around your building, or even just have an officer there for a little while? Especially since that b*stard tried to grab your neighbor's friend. There's no way he should've been able to just enter after she ran away. And then he stole your package?! Wth? I'm not trying to make you paranoid or anxious, and I'm sure you're already doing this, but just check even more when you're out to see if you spot one of them following you or someone else seemingly following you. I'm not sure if this is a targeted thing, but it's just weird that he came back the same day you got back. And make sure someone is with you wherever you're going. But posting and sharing their faces was a great move. And if either of them do come back, again please make sure a male friend or family member is with you in the apartment and have them answer and curse the pricks out. Sending so much love.
