Hah! More- or less 'period correct driver in the seat!! Looks so much better (And the car alréady looked amazing) Kudos! By the by. Looking at how exposed the drivers of the originals in the 20's cars were, You'd have to have the utmost respec for the weight of their cojones.. Going 100 to 120 mph, some even faster ,in such a contraption. That took some serious guts. *watches further- Really stable at 50mph too. Traxxas did good, imho.
Fantastic video. Very Useful. I won a bid today buying this snap on. I can´t wait to have this machine on my hands. Did you use it with 2s, and 35 mph after 3s and 50 mph. That is superb, fantastic But with my stock model Traxxas snap on sprint may I get this speeds? May I use 3s lipo battery without change el original esc. and without danger for my car? Did you make some change or upgrade to your original snap on, before the video? Thanks a lot. Great video and job Thanks in advance for your time answering my questions...
No the 2sbls wont take a 3s . I did a speed run with that system and got 29 mph. Then made a video installing the hobbywing quick run esc and 4000kv motor. And on 2s 35 and on a 3s 50mph
They’re probably doing a “limited edition” run to make some quick money and see if there’s any interest. If there is, they might bring in a lower spec brushed version where you spend a shedload to upgrade it to this spec…either way it’s money for Traxxas
@@Frankredline ah ok thank you. Did they 3d print it for you or do you just buy the file from them. If you can buy the figure already done, what scale was yours done at because it's spot on. Thanks

@@gazzaswayne2650 i had to buy the file. I had to play with the scale the original is too small. It was trial and error .
@@gazzaswayne2650 ill have to check on the dimensions and get back to you.
