@@Joyanima: although I'm physically and mentally sound; and was brought up to be a gentleman in every way...I have one impediment that has the effect of either attracting "gold-diggers" or scaring of some very nice people. The problem is that I have a Title. You might not see that as an impediment, but to some people, it can be quite intimidating. It can't be hidden for long, and to do so would be less than honest. I suppose it's all about timing...

Women have a “check list” of things they’re looking for and the number on this check list varies from woman to woman. But you can already be/have/do/and live most of their bullshit list and they will still find a reason why you’re not “good enough” for them. And then guys wonder what is good enough? Nobody is perfect, nor are they 100% in life at anything. We aim for perfection but we never achieve it. We either change or get sloppy. But we don’t change to suit others. We change because our own lives need it, not because we’re trying to please others. Once we figure out who we are and what we want to be, to hell with everything and everyone else. They say people gravitate towards happy, good natured people but I personally have not experienced this in my life. You can be a good, well adjusted person and people don’t care. They make it sound like people will follow you in the streets everywhere you go like Forrest Gump or Rocky. If we’re talking about a girl we’re trying to connect with then good luck. I’ve been married and divorced and been on countless nothing dates that were wastes of time because nobody is serious in dating these days. Even though my ex wife ended up being a nightmare in the end, I can honestly say dating her was fun and she didn’t play bullshit games. We knew what we wanted and we were up front and honest from the start. Sadly, her sick and twisted family came between us. Watch out who you date and marry, fellas.

Only 2 things: 1- Seriously, are like 90% of men apes that shower once a week, stink and whatnot, and I just happen to never meet those?.. ;P Because it seems that every video telling men what they should be careful about makes that point sooner or later, yet I have yet to know a man who is blatantly unhygienic, so that one confuses me a little. Would a guy stop taking care of himself when he's ready to take the next call, maybe?.. ;)
Also, regarding effort, again in my experience, men are usually only too happy and willing to put in the effort when they care about someone... BUT if his efforts keep being put down as 'not the right way' or 'not what she wanted', etc, I wouldn't blame a chap for not trying so hard after a while. No one likes their efforts to go unappreciated or, worse, depreciated...

Every other day is better. It's not good for the skin to be constantly soaping it down every day. Those oils are essential for healthy skin.

@@crand20033 i know all this, but a 5 minute shower ending with a 1 minute cold stream certainly does more good than harm! I sweat quite a bit at night and would hate to start my day with ball sweat or axillar stench. And i spend enough time outdoors to be exposed to bacteria.
