      Hello Dr. Bailey,
      Thank you for your response.
On an additional note, I wanted to share that over the past two years, I have successfully assisted in healing and improving the health of patients by turning them away from medication and towards natural healing remedies and lifestyle changes. As a result, I have been able to reverse many of their illnesses.
I have had two doctors praise me for my work, as they have seen firsthand the actions I have taken and the results I have achieved. However, I have also come across doctors who look down on me and criticize me, saying that my methods will not work and that it is not feasible to reverse or heal illnesses by lifestyle changes alone. They claim that only medication and doctor intervention can achieve this.
Well, I have thankfully achieved it thus far with 14 patients. Go figure!
I hope that the medical profession gets refreshed and that all of this changes in the future.
      Regards, Sami

After your ‘no soap’ and ‘no shampoo’ broadcasts, I gave it a try. I didn’t tell my wife. It’s been a couple of months now and true to your words, you do not need soap or shampoo. At the same time I stopped using deodorant (although I used it infrequently anyway because intuitively I didn’t think it was a great concept) and to my surprise, after 4 weeks there was no more odour. My wife also noticed that my shirts had only a very mild scent after a hard day’s work. That was when I told her I hadn’t used any soap or shampoo for two months. Her eyes lit up with surprise, but she could see (or rather not smell) the result.
Another benefit was that my skin stopped flaking and my scalp stopped itching. What a change this simple routine has made…thanks so much for your education.

@@duatigakucingberlari7310just water. I shower every day with just water. If I sweat and it smells, it always coincides with either a night out drinking or eating unhealthy food, or if I'm ill. After years of not using products of any sort, I can literally smell when I'm unwell. Usually it's just a minor thing that will pass quite quickly. Once the smell goes and the sweating stops, just simply wash again with water. If I'm out somewhere and the smell has passed to clothing I'll just use a small amount of hand soap to neutralise the smell. Yesterday I woke up and was sweating a bit, and I knew that it was the prior night's two pints of cheap lager that I had before the football game I was going to. I waited for the sweat to stop and dry, then had a shower and the smell never returned.

    • @neilclarke4338

@@duatigakucingberlari7310 I use nothing under my arms as a deodorant other than water. If I feel sticky then I use sodium bicarbonate dissolved in water on my hair and under my arms. Seems to work for me. I would add that I drink plenty of water and exercise regularly (running, swimming or cycling). The odour gradually faded away after 2 months or so. As you live in a more humid climate I would think you might need to wash more frequently to remove perspiration before it starts to develop an odour.

Thanks, Sam, well explained. I was one of those that asked you to do a video on this subject. I haven't used deodorant for 3 years! After a year my partner said I never smell! She has gone deodorant-free now. Our scent appears to change, seems to heighten. We heel from the inside out, not the outside in in my opinion. I come from the generation that sprayed 245T and D with shorts and jandels. Just to add, it took about 3-4 weeks for any odor to disappear. Whether it's coincidental or not, I changed to a plant-based diet at the same time. For some that read my comment will think, it's just we get used to our own scent! But no, I have the nose from hell, I must have been a dog in my last life. My partner works in a large Medical centre and no one noticed. It wasn't a case of them being polite and not saying anything to her. Many have been amazed when told. We are so conditioned to the crazy old world we live in!

Hello, Dr. Bailey. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the valuable information you provide to your viewers. Your commitment to honesty, even in the face of personal challenges, is truly commendable.
In one of your recent videos on deodorants, I found your insights fascinating. As someone who has dealt with excessive sweating and psoriasis, I've tried various deodorant brands over the years, ranging from high-end to more skin-friendly options. About six months ago, I embarked on an experiment by eliminating deodorant use altogether. Instead, I've been using a small amount of baking soda after showering, applied very gently without rubbing. Surprisingly, this unconventional approach has been remarkably effective for me. I understand it might not be suitable for everyone, as it can be abrasive, but I've had no issues using this method. I thought it might be worth mentioning as an alternative for your viewers to explore.
Once again, thank you for your dedication and the invaluable work you do. May you continue to be a source of knowledge and inspiration. God bless you, and I eagerly await your next video.

So, I drink straight lemon juice in water (and sweeten with either stevia or eat a miracle berry before drinking) which then swings things towards the more alkaline side…and the odor goes away quickly. (Yes, lemon water is alkalizing after metabolizing). I also find that drinking a respiratory tea…believe it has licorice in it, helps to lessen odors. Liver detox teas=also helpful. Apart from having very honest partners I´ve worked in close proximity to people so I would have known if there was a problem and I´ve only had complaints from wearing synthetic clothes or after a night of heavy eating and drinking, which I rarely do anyway. Two comments. One, since going carnivore I really don't stink anymore and go without deodorant about 80% of the time. The one issue I have occasionally is a bit of minor chaffing because there is nothing there to help the skin glide in contact. Any suggestions?
Also, I'm dating myself, but anyone remember the movie The Incredible Shrinking Woman, with Lily Tomlin? The cause of her shrinking was the modern age of commercially available products sold to us as necessary. I always think about that movie now that I'm in my 'crunchy' phase of letting go of as many man-made useless products as possible.

I shave occasionally when I go sleeveless, I don’t use any deodorants or perfumes and I have no body odour issues. I use soap only to clean visibly dirty skin. Next challenge…no shampoo!

As someone who's always sweated a lot and is very conscious about body odour this is like a make or break video for me. I'll put whatever advice she gives here into practice and if it works i'll never doubt her again. If not, i may have to rethink my support for her theories.

Shampoo is brilliant in cleansing the 'pits' (for men mostly) though soap may do a good job (advice not applicable for those women who like their fella's pheromones).
Agree about shampoo on the head. I use a shower and a nit comb (fine toothed) to remove the dirt but retain the film of oil that helps it stay curly.

Have always felt more healthy using no deodorant. Went through a stage using talc or moisture reducing powder. Eventually I gave up, too much of a hassle. I don’t smell bad anyways, not directly if the sweat doesn’t get bacterial.
I use deodorant perhaps once a week if at all.
I can’t imagine putting it on every day! Crazy. It’s not good for your pores.

Theres never a problem under the arms as that hair vanished about 20 years ago , from prescription, as for the genital area , that gets washed each day , post bowel movements , after wiping with a paper alor two .
No problems with body odor , or collecting dirt .

I think on the occasion I do notice a little, there is clearly something wrong on the inside, whether that's a slip in healthy eating or stress related, but otherwise see no need to use the stuff again.
