Hi Steve. Thanks mate glad your enjoying! I use a four turn water knot. I make sure this is accurately tightened down and then trim the tag ends to within a hair of the knot! It's a beautiful little knot and is very low profile so doesn't get stuck in the eyes of the rod (especially useful when fishing BFS.) Hope this helps mate!
My favourite section to date. Love that spot and spend many hours along there. I too have caught more pike than perch.
