Sorry it took awhile as decisions need to be made whether to make a farm all helminth resources, or those easy ones. I pick the efficient way and I hope that you will find this guide useful.
just to let you know Xaku whisper on mesa allows her to absolutely shred normal sentients with her 4th so it would be really good for scarlet spear and collecting anomaly shards.
Farm smart, not hard. Only feed when green will save you 90% of resources. 3 Argon every 24hs is all you need to actively farm to get 90% Bile once per day. Cant put enough emphasis on how to feed. It takes 24hs to get from red to neutral or from neutral to green. Just NEVER go red! These are the % when feed: Green 30% Neutral 10% Red 3% Going red will only make you wait 48hs to get green again. Just dont.
Fun fact: Luscent Terraglobes and Pustulite are resources that, when having a full green arrow, will give 60%/100% resources per feeding as opposed to all other resources in their respective categories, which give a maximum of 30%/100%. Those two resources are absolutely the most valuable resources in their respective categories, especially considering how abundant they are and how much value they are worth for Helminth.
I still only get 30% from those, but like you said, they're abundant. I have enough either way. I with certain other resources would be worth 60%. Especially some in the bile caregory

Argon Crystals can also be commonly found in the bonus vaults in Iso vault, either unlock it normally or find a way to destroy the containers and drag the resources to you. I recommend resource boosters for this one to speed things up
Normally i do that, but i ran the trivault run and got 0 argon crystals last time. RNG is not my friend lately. P.S. i ran 11 relics for a common drop, didnt get it. 13 for a gold drop (radiant every time) and didnt get it even with 4 man groups on 8 of them just yesterday. Pretty sure DE is torturing me
It's not so much the chances that go down, but the amount that will spawn. When you load into the Plains during the day, 3-4 Wisps will spawn near bodies of water, whilst 6-8 will spawn near bodies of water at night. Once you find them all, you will have to reset before you can find more.
For pheromones i feel like you can just do cambion drift bounties. The Deimos Juggernaut drops 1 of 4 items each time its killed and all 4 of this items can be used in the pheromones category and the best part is that they are each a different item so you can just cycle through them.
you could also farm morphics now easily too just go mars wahiba steel path with khora or mars war with loot pull limbo/xaku (containers). so you have 3 resources for bile to cycle to
For "Biotics" I recommend using the new "Botanist" mod for Oxylus. Go to any node with plants and let him scan them. Since scans can sometimes yield 2x per scan, you'll get around 20+ per mission and Helminth only needs a few per feed.
Also if you are like me that does tons of eidolon hunts, you can use your shards to reset the Helminth apatite for resources so they will not stay red.
Nice smeeta tip about not slotting weapons! - One frame I REALLY love for open world farming is Revanent's #4 - the laser carousel destroys everything and just follow the pretty colored drops.
Another thing worth noting is for argon crystals, doing isolation vaults will sometimes yield up to 2 crystals from all the crates at the end per bounty. As for cetus wisps, you're better off just using standing from the quills to buy some if you are able to.
With bile it's best to not be in a hurry. Just pump it full of argon every time it goes neutral again. Argon is really heavy to get fast. I wonder why the most unstable resource in the game is one of the noble gasses though. Aren't they famously completely stable and inert?
It’s worth noting that the outcrops for Luscent Teroglobes spawn virtually always near Orokin structures in Cambion Drift, such as old roads, highways, pillars, platforms etc. I don’t know if it was covered in the video as I have work in about 20 seconds after typing this but I just wanted to spread the word 😂
While I play solo a lot, I was always surprised by the lack of resource gathering in public missions in the past. It’s easy to melee open containers while running through missions but most did not.... now they need Resourses.... I always enjoyed gathering and figured it may come in handy.... lessons learned as an early Tenno I’d guess... Xaku is a great frame for resource farming.
Tip: for limbo and xaku, use pull with greedy pull augment for huge vacuum For argon, u can also do iso vaults and they can reward mech stuff and lucent teroglobe
Vaults can also net you some argon if you do open the vaults and some random other resources. Not guaranteed to get the argon but you can get alot of other goods.
for orokin cells/neural sensors doing the derelect defence on cambian can net you a lot with a full squad. 10 mins in and they drop like candy and ontop of that you can farm mutagen samples by the time you have enought to complete dojo resesrch youll have over 500 of each
I normally have a 30 day resource booster and my smeeta with me. I also just subsume warframes and I’ve only used a few abilities and I’m Rank 8 for helminth. I only feed my helminth when it’s time to subsume or I need a certain resource to feed it that way it has time To cool down and get more %. Rushing will break your bank for sure and I hate farming repeatedly. Don’t burn yourself out trying to get in immediately. Take your time and enjoy the steps and rewards as they come.
I'd say Mag's pull with augment is priority 1 on Xaku/Limbo box opener builds. While companion helps this thing pulls stuff all the way from the border of Xaku's explosion.
I farm thermal sludge in orb vallis. Just outside the fortuna building 6 breakables spawn. 2/6 of those is a breakable that drops a bunch of random items usually 5-6 different types. Just break these, fly away to allow them to respawn then come back and destroy them. I get around 90-112 for 30 min with drop chance and resource boosters on 😂. The breakables are literally just outside around the fortuna building!
Another passive farm for Argon Crystal and Orikin Cells is the crates at the end of the Iso Vaults. So if you are farming for your mech parts this is a great way to just passively get those. I will say though the orikin cells drop at a much higher rate than the argon crystal for me.
As an easier alternative to argon crystal collection, use limbo with maximum range in void exterminate. He'll destroy all objects with his 4 and itll make it faster to get argon crystal. I usually get 14-16 argon crystal on a generous run
Cetus wisps can be bought from quill for 2000 standing. If you have the eidolon shards for it. Also I actually like railjack (weird i know) so I like to speed through some earth railjack missions or gian point on viel as there are usually no stations there just crew ships to destroy so it's pretty quick solo if you have the railjack for it of course. Can be pretty fun with a crew of friends too.
I still don't even have the Helminth Segment. I'm waiting for them to fix Fishing in Deimos. Currently I'm actually maxing out Vox Solaris and POE. I wasn't the biggest fan of them before but once Deimos came out I figured I'd finish them.
People either are just starting Steel Path Star Chart and leaving as soon as possible or people or soloing, or ignoring it all together. It sucks the Argon Crystals have a very random chance, not efficiently enough.
Of bile the railjack resource called isos is in reality easy to get at earth node. Get 400 at max of 15 min there with a fast railjack just wrecking her at the resources or using blackout pulse to break a very big radius
cetus wisps can spawn during the day just at a reduced rate, i have tested this myself and found that they just have an increased spawn rate during the night , as well as having a rare drop chance booster increases spawns @Grind Hard Squad
Even with a Nekros prime and smeeta it can take a good hour to get 50 sludge on orb valis....my best results have come from 90 to 120 minute public survivals....just stay even if everyone one leaves.....the extra argon that drops from the increased spawn rates from the full squad is better....it sux because the Helmenth will develop a tolerence and even if you farm eidolon cores that increas his appetite for argon...the effect is minimal and disappears immediately the next time you feed him argon. Bile need a rework badly imo....I'm glad Rebbeca brought it up in that devstreme everyone's upset about.

Argon and sludge are not enough. You need 80 per day for warframe melts, those give 60. Unless you tank the hunger rating and are willing to burn eidolon mats. Morphics/Isos are next best but they are still a pain to farm. Need 30 excavators for he cryotic, Thermidor is al OST as big a pain up fa, somatics are needed elsewhere. Bile is a horrible resource.
I disagree with bile, yes you can easily get the 100% from feeding a few argons and sludge, but you can’t afford to use bile very often with just that. It takes too long to wait for hunger reset.
I don't know about you all but Oxides are the catigory that's really a hassle for me. It must be my fault for only having hundreds of thousands of Ferrite, Salvage and Alloy stocked up instead of millions, but everything in that category feels like it takes an hour to farm up one feeding each.
I wasted 1k of my morphics in bile. Honestly, if you want to save resources and minimise the waste, simply use resources that has Green arrow. If you don't have resources in green arrow simply wait a few days then the arrow will turn green again
Xaku breaks crates through walls? Good to know! I kinda miss just swinging around a 25 meter range melee through walls though.... the only fun part of the old spin to win whip meta
when he recomended polymer i was like WTF??? that's the worst resource of that category Circuits, control modules, detonite ampules and fieldron samples are much more common and have much less use.
@@DrThunder2004 I judge purely on availability of the resource in general, seeing as i've never in my play time deliberatily farmed any resource. There is no denial that the ones that accumulate in large numbers passively will be the best ones, and polymer surely doesn't fall in this category. But yeah, if you have, surely use it, you won't need that much for anything, it's just that if you don't, then don't go and farm it based of a opinion of a content creator.
I've tried feeding Argon Crystals to the Helminth but even though it still had a few days left on the decade timer it wouldn't let me feed them to it it may have just been a bug though after all warframe is chock full of bugs that DE never fix or take forever to fix so who knows if it was.
Just use your resources when Hemlith has appetite for them. No real need to farm quantity of resources. 3 Argon crystal once per day days is 30% bile. JUST DONT FEED WHEN RED OR WHITE! Otherwise you will be spending 10 times more resources! Feed Hemlith with 3 argon, 40 morphics and 50 thermal sludge once every 24hours (when green) will give you 90% BILE. If you overfeed you will have to wait 48hs to turn green and you only get 10% when neutral and 3% when red. Farming smart > Farming dumb.
I have also had alot of luck getting them from the Iso Vault on Diemos while farming the stuff for my mech. So if you are going for your mech or mother tokens the boxes at the end of the vault are a good way to get 2-4 a run passively. Even after coming back from warframe and building 4 new prime frames and 6 or 7 prime weps my stock is up to 40 or 50 after two or three weeks.
It took me a while to get the final Khora piece, but it's worth it IMO. The good news is that it's only SO and not ESO. Harrow, on the other hand, is a P.I.T.A. to get that last piece.
@@Safetyman99 limbo makes them all invulnerable, trinity can heal them all. Coridors - use bramma or anything else to kill all enemies you see. Or use some other frames that make it easy.
One of my Xbox friends loves using Khora from time to time, but he doesn't play her as much after he made a Rhnio Wisp build. The way he plays Khroa is just using the Whipclaw build, around 85% power strength with a skana or prisma skana and skana 100% melee mod you can get from New Loka I believe. With those combinations she can be deadly just by using her Whipclaw ability

I don't think anyone ever said farming bile was "hard". Shit's just tedious as fuck and an obvious "time gate" for no good reason. To put it more bluntly, DE should actually feel ashamed of themselves for that entire category and for the railjack resource costs in the other ones.

actually all deimos resources give 60% including ganglion and even the juggernaght drops

Everyone forgets about Extractors. I have 3 Distilling Extractor Primes and you can farm resources while you sleep using the WF app.

Another thing that's nice to run on crate breaker builds now with the Helminth update is Mag's Pull ability, so you can run the Greedy Pull augment.

OMG Did I say it only spawn in nighttime? What I was trying to say is that it's better to farm at night for increase in iradite and cetus wisp spawn.
They can spawn in daytime? I didn’t actually know that...
The wisps spawn at a much higher rate during night cycle in my experience
I still eidolon for arcanes and u can buy cetus wisp from Onko on top of the steel path bounty and regular bounties that reward it.

Theres a mod for helios that scans plants.
Carrier has a mod that breaks crates.
I've watched smeeta charm closely.
Never seen any real boost from it.

I use the new warframe to farm resources another tip is to put mags pull on it and greedy pull Augment it makes it much faster and easier.

I just use extractors to get hexenon and started scanning plants again, you get like 30% for like 4 plants.
There is a mod sold by simaris that lets ur companion scan plants for you. I’m gonna try that.

I wasted 1k of my morphics in bile. Honestly, if you want to save resources and minimise the waste, simply use resources that has Green arrow. If you don't have resources in green arrow simply wait a few days then the arrow will turn green again
With bile add the survival se on mars against infested 30min walk out with 60 plus morphics.

@@DrThunder2004 I judge purely on availability of the resource in general, seeing as i've never in my play time deliberatily farmed any resource.
There is no denial that the ones that accumulate in large numbers passively will be the best ones, and polymer surely doesn't fall in this category.
But yeah, if you have, surely use it, you won't need that much for anything, it's just that if you don't, then don't go and farm it based of a opinion of a content creator.

I've tried feeding Argon Crystals to the Helminth but even though it still had a few days left on the decade timer it wouldn't let me feed them to it it may have just been a bug though after all warframe is chock full of bugs that DE never fix or take forever to fix so who knows if it was.
Should I put greedy pull on limbo cuz I found the area of vacuum is not enough and it will take two thousands years to rank up my archwing

Just use your resources when Hemlith has appetite for them. No real need to farm quantity of resources. 3 Argon crystal once per day days is 30% bile. JUST DONT FEED WHEN RED OR WHITE! Otherwise you will be spending 10 times more resources!
Feed Hemlith with 3 argon, 40 morphics and 50 thermal sludge once every 24hours (when green) will give you 90% BILE. If you overfeed you will have to wait 48hs to turn green and you only get 10% when neutral and 3% when red.
Farming smart > Farming dumb.
Not to mention that alot of resources that he recommends in the video are literaly the worst in their category
Personally, a method I've found to be pretty successful for me is to just not use the helminth.

I have also had alot of luck getting them from the Iso Vault on Diemos while farming the stuff for my mech. So if you are going for your mech or mother tokens the boxes at the end of the vault are a good way to get 2-4 a run passively. Even after coming back from warframe and building 4 new prime frames and 6 or 7 prime weps my stock is up to 40 or 50 after two or three weeks.

It took me a while to get the final Khora piece, but it's worth it IMO. The good news is that it's only SO and not ESO. Harrow, on the other hand, is a P.I.T.A. to get that last piece.

@@Safetyman99 limbo makes them all invulnerable, trinity can heal them all. Coridors - use bramma or anything else to kill all enemies you see.
Or use some other frames that make it easy.
Wisp can also be useful because motes, but can be hard to get the escort targets into the aoe if you sacrifice a lot of range
One of my Xbox friends loves using Khora from time to time, but he doesn't play her as much after he made a Rhnio Wisp build. The way he plays Khroa is just using the Whipclaw build, around 85% power strength with a skana or prisma skana and skana 100% melee mod you can get from New Loka I believe. With those combinations she can be deadly just by using her Whipclaw ability

I don't think anyone ever said farming bile was "hard". Shit's just tedious as fuck and an obvious "time gate" for no good reason. To put it more bluntly, DE should actually feel ashamed of themselves for that entire category and for the railjack resource costs in the other ones.
