This is the exact reason to pick him before BTJ. Perceived value can be much greater than actual production value. All it takes is for Marv to have 3 good games in a row next year and you’ll be able to get anyone for him
@@RichGannon12 OK, but in terms of dynasty value Darnold has been good with the Vikings - will he remain with the Vikings? Will he remain good on another team? I'm not sure. Nix otoh seems to be Peyton's guy, will be Denver's starting QB for the next four years at least I think, and he's a rookie so he'll probably get better. But beyond the comparison, to me it's just wild if Darnold's value has gotten to where he goes in the early rounds of a startup. I would not have expected that, so I'm really curious if that ends up being a trend/most people find it appropriate. No way I'm taking him that high, personally
@@RichGannon12 It's just the uncertainty for me. If the Vikings were to give him a multi-year deal in the offseason he'd jump up in value for me. I'm a guy who's been holding Darnold shares and drafting him in like the 22nd round or whatever so I'm thrilled by his performance this year. I'm just surprised to see him go that early in a startup.
I hate bo nix buttttt, dynasty nerds have an insanely high ego that they cannot fathom to think their prince Tlaw didn't pan out (aka Wilson london marvin ) and they are also wrong with Btj
Marv going before BTJ is absolutely insane
JJM pick pretty wild
People still smokin that hopium about Marv lol. BTJ is already THAT guy and you can get him a whole round later 😏
BJT the best rookie WR of 2024, got him on the waivers in Week 2 in my league always held on to him.
It's just one year, this is DYNASTY.
Thankful to be able to draft with ya fellas! Love the pod!!
This would be awesome. If Rich would talk 50% less
Imagine if Marv would have the stats Btj has rn, everyone would glaze that guy to infinity and pick him as the 1 wr in a startup

@ fair point
Dynasty szn 😤
Bowers is the truth
Darnold/Kyler over Nix is crazy.
That Darnold pick is insane. Am I wrong?
Darnold is ranked 10th in fantasy points, Bo Nix is ranked 12th in fantasy points, so technically Darnold has been slightly better.

@caemeron Vikings would be smart to keep Darnold, if not wouldn't mind the Raiders going after him.

Did A Dynasty Start Up And Used The Dynasty Nerds Draft Tool And Guess What I'm In The Championship. Thanks Fellas....👍🏼💪🏼🤙🏼
Not sure I’d have gone Trey McBride if I had known it was 3rd round reversal!
ALSO, Trevor Lawrence drafted before BO NIX??????????? In what world
