Always he is trying his best to cool down the people in all aspects so that they will have a better understanding and attitude. He is almost teaching his citizens not leading alone. They tend to believe that after graduating from college the goal is to find a good paying government job and to live apply ever after. I believe the question members of the Ethiopians medical association presented is egocentric and piggish. Individuals who has been trained with free or partially free tuition by the taxpayers should have asked themselves what they have done to the society that taught /trained them. I have a question how many of these so-called "Doctors" have given community service for the poorest population of the community they live in. If they have given a Free service in their private clinics they could have helped to alleviate the problem in the country. I believe the so-called doctors have to read about medical services around the world. Most of you Doctors who are asking for better pay or better living condition asked yourselves if you have given a better or competent medical service to the population. I am sure if there were rules regarding medical practices in Ethiopia half of you would be stripped of your medical licenses.Be grateful you are working in Ethiopia and are not questioned for your incompetencies.
