Pigeons dislike strong smells, like cinnamon and hot pepper. To deter pigeons from entering your garden, use cinnamon or peppermint essential oil or cayenne pepper mixed into a spray bottle of water. Spray the mixture anywhere you've noticed pigeon activity.

But the best thing to do is keep the good memories vivid and remember the great times, jokes, and everything that makes your heart happy. You should buy a rubber snake for your balcony! It scares the pigeons away! It’s a real thing and it really works😊 You have to move the snake around the balcony floor every day though so the pigeons doesn’t get use to it being in one spot all the time. When you move it around they think the snake is real. Sounds funny I know, but worth the try!😊

If you have 'loads of in tolerances' I fully recommend getting a nutritionist for a few months... Potentially to look at going low fodmap & reintroducing everything slowly. Completely sorted me out!!! Xx

I don't know much about pigeons, but try using aluminum pie pans and hang them on your balcony. Not a very attractive decor, but I heard they work keeping birds out of gardens. 😉🐦
You're right with the pigeons, we had some trying to nest on our roof and my mum panicked because their poo is toxic or something and then magots grow it it or something. All I know is it's not good to have them pooing everywhere!
Go get some fishing line or monofilament line and string it up where you would normal out your netting like they do in Disney and other theme parks. The thin wire distorts the birds’ vision and he won’t fly there.

What if you hang the netting put up but with some Velcro on it, so you could keep it hanging but that you could roll it up that way when you leave the house or overnight you can easily unroll it and secure your balcony from the pigeons but in the morning you could roll it up, and in the day you could enjoy a beautiful view, sure they could come during the day, but at least it’ll be easy when you pop out or overnight.
When you go to McDonald's next time try ordering your nuggets and fries extra crispy or ask for them to be made fresh. That way They will be super hot, fresh and not soggy and cold.

I have the same pigeon problem and they keep breeding!!! We have a net up and they still come on and then end up stuck. Manchester pigeons are hard too haha.
Please don't think me mean Mark, because I actually do feed pigeons and other birds in my backyard, but the first thing I thought of with your pigeon problem was to rub vaseline or something slippery along your balcony rail...that way they have nothing to grip onto to sit in the first place hahaha :)

Mark try using a toy snake outside around where the pigeons are doing the doo, or even an fake owl, something to intimidate them
he said he had two fake owls and the pigeons stole the beak from one of the fake owls! 😂 they aren’t scared of much

I wonder if there’s a dog barking sensor for your pigeons. As soon as a pigeon lands on your balcony a dog barking sensor starts 😂. Look into it x
