12:32 you can actually juggle attack medusa if you jump attack her head while going left and right, the snakes she shoots out keeps you in the air and as long as medusa's melee attacks don't register from it you can basically kill her without taking more than a quarter of your health away during the fight.

Playing castle crashers since childhood I can reasonably beat the game no deaths and without much scare, but man those spike traps on industrial that drop on your head in a pattern will always be the end of me, I always have to restart at least twice cause of that..
I loved this game as a kid, but me and my friends were broke and only had the demo which ended at barbarian areana boss. These challenges make me want to actually experience this game in its entirety. The hours we spent trying to figure out how to kill the boss before the troll ends the demo were all in vain.

Cool vid. I just want to say you did level up 😅 and leveling up gives hidden stats and new combos to make the game easier. There are mods available so you can do a true level 1 run.
I knew about the combos but not the hidden stats, mods is something i do not want to mess around with as i want to keep it vanilla but thank you for letting me know! I probably should of been more specific and said 'beat the game without levelling up stats'

You actually don't keep the stats of a level one even if you don't spend skill points. The game gives your character little buffs every ten levels automatically. But, this is still a really cool video

@Reckerless magic only doesn't seem too bad with ice. The only real issue are the evil wizard's minions which only take 1 magic damage from elemental magic.
i mean without leveling up you do need to use cheats like cheat engine to make your exp 0 but it will not be possible even with cheats because you have to know how much exp you have to make it go to 0
i know about the hidden stat buffs, at the time of making the video i did not... but the challenge is still beating the game without levelling up stats
the worst and the best is that the brute was the one that killed you the most, my favorite character and the last one i just unlocked yesterday haha...i really love the brute desing! but of course...dont think you will love him for killing you a lot F xDD

Blocking. The block works on basically anything that isn't something massive. Giants, most bosses, projectile. It's very op

Fun fact all of your stats slightly increase every 10 levels capping at level 90 since you can get to level 100
