After the nercomancer boss i was so scared to fight the evil wizard but then when i play the evil wizard boss it felt like i was fighting the frist boss
Evil wizard is just victory lap. Not to mention if you happen to die to him, atleast you can start the fight immediately again unlikelly with necromancer who forces you to go throught the cultists before getting back to his fight (you may also need to kill painter in insane just to refill your health potions). Also do not try green knight on insane, his slower spin makes him weak at juggling and people tend to defend him due to his magic which granted, is powerfull but so many enemies are immune or resistant to it (dragons are resistant, skeletons dont give a fuck and neither do cultists). If you choose to ignore my warning, all i can do is to tip my hat to your bravery and wish for goodluck. If you already beat insane as green then... Damn, you must be in a comfy padded room at this point.
Back when I played Castle Crashers religiously, I maxed out my Red Knight and I STILL couldn’t beat the stupid desert level on insane. So good luck bro.
God, watching this after continuing my solo insane green knight and almost beating necros 2nd wave just made my day. In all honestly, i think i could do it if it wasnt for those dang cultist that i gotta kill each time i fail. They just have to have what feels like endless hp, medium weight and just spam over 200 dmg spells, dodging my juggles, denying said juggles and appear in 4 waves. Best strat i found is to bully painter before necro to refill heals, take a break to let your fingers heal and pray to god the beefys dont stunlock you. Nothing feels worse than getting to 2nd phase full health and full potions just to get stunlocked so bad that you cant use your potions and then go through cultists and painter again and again. And for those wondering: i suck at juggling. Greens slower attack and special juggles do not work well due to my tendency to hit wrong keys. Best i can do is 5 lights, heavy, repeat and for mediums i add: light, 2 heavies. Reason for my weak custom juggle for mediums is due to the fact that i cant infinity juggle them so the extra is to give me more air time to avoid spells and enemy attacks, heavies and beefys i deal with magic. These combos do work ok but require some luck, atleast in necromancer room i tend to get hit by bombs or grabbed mid juggle and that is if i hit the enemy right to even beging the juggle... How in the hell did i even get to necromancer? I should be stuck at swamp with my skill issue!

I honestly didn't have much trouble with the Insane Mode Desert levels. Sure they took a few tries but they were all easier than Lava World(and maybe Industrial Castle). And I was playing as the Green Knight, the 'worst character'

Speaking of Green knight. I don't think he is worst. His magic probably 2nd or 3rd strongest in the game. Poison does a lot of dmg overtime. Despite having bad melee, his magic saving him from being at the bottom.
I will only get annoyed if there's someone I'm playing with (not like I play with people anymore) and they're just being annoying for the sake of being annoying yeah.
