I didn’t know about this! Now it looks amazing! Im glad im almost the the beginning of the gameplay i would be so mad to find this video at the end of my gameplay lol thanks for sharing
Legit especially being on PC for me I've got a go to set up for settings, for what I still think is good looking, textures highest if I can most times then everything medium 👌
one thing I did was turn my sharpness down in my tv settings, that helped a lot with the outline buildings and fuzziness, idk if this will help you but just letting u know
Thanks for this video man, I’ve been changing settings for like 2 hours in total trying to get it right. Didn’t even think of touching film grain. Been going with 60 brightness and 30 contrast because I thought the contrast was too high. Fixed it up according to this and it saved me lol. Day and night. Thank you.
For the best graphics turn your (brightness: 0/100, contrast: 100/100, motion blur: OFF, Film grain: 0/10, chromatic aberration:OFF, Depth of field: OFF) and bam everything will start looking so dam real
Film grain is to give a movie like effect, it's an artistic choice, if you were watching a spider man film it would've film grain. It also helps with banding, reduces the effects of banding as colours will blend more easily. I personally love it, but I'm a movie buff, have a high-end OLED TV which is prone to banding.
Great video. I was curious if you can test this out or if you noticed it yourself. Not sure if this is a game glitch or this is just intentional feature because the game is loading the suit on the character. When going to the suits screen for Peter or miles and you choose any suit. Especially when buying and crafting suits and you choose that suit, The game turns black for a few seconds before jumping into the gameplay. Sometimes when choosing a suits, you go back to the gameplay right away or at times,it goes black for couple seconds then jumps to gameplay. Not sure if this is intentional of the game loading the suit on the character but I'm curious if you went through this.
@@nicholasnajibi3082He doesn't seem to have a clue, he says best settings but doesn't even consider the TV/Monitor people are using. Assuming he's doesn't have a 4k TV/Monitor, performance, VRR smoothed, 120 hz auto is ok. For a 4k, 120hz, VRR TV/Monitors, fidelity, VRR uncapped, 120 hz auto the way to go. Motion blur, chromatic aberration and film grain just need to be abolished in games.
I’m having really bad Framery issues on performance mode 60 FPS and I just recently clean my PS five and change settings to try to fix it but nothing is working. Can someone please help?
Performance I don’t notice a change however it’s adds a grainy filter over the game and cutscenes it’s really noticeable. It’s like a fuzzy texture over the characters and stuff kinda weird. Turn it on and off during a cut scene and you’ll notice what I’m talking about
Lowering the film grain made a big difference
Glad it did!
for some reason, my game looks choppy and the buildings and npcs look blurry and pixelated 😢
I didn’t know about this! Now it looks amazing! Im glad im almost the the beginning of the gameplay i would be so mad to find this video at the end of my gameplay lol thanks for sharing
What did you lower it to?
Update the Game
Does NOBODY actually go into graphical settings when they first get a game? It’s always the first thing I do before I even start playing.

Thank you I’m playing on a 4K TV and was wondering why it looked so fuzzy, with these settings the game definitely looks sharper
Yeah of course! Glad it’s looking better 🙏🏼

I don't know, the difference between Fidelity and Performance mode is not minimal but rather noticeable to me tho
Great video man, rarely see something like this in YT where it’s a perfect amount of time spent on each item.
Thank you so much! Means a lot 😄
Had no idea the film grain was a thing lol i thought my game was grainy for no reason
Yeah it’s crazy how big of a difference it can make in games!

Apart from turning the contrast to 100 did the same settings and yeah it does look better now. thanks
Of course! Glad it looks better for ya and contrast at 100 looks good too!!
100 contrast works more on OLEDS only
Film Grain and Chromatic Aberation are terrible. I'm not sure why they add that. I turned it off and was shocked how much cleaner it looked.

@@karl343 I don't notice banding on my Oled.
You sound like Ben sharpio, thanks for the tips tho👍
An alternate reality where Ben Shapiro is a gaming TH-cam makes me very uncomfortable
Haha thank you! Of course 🙌🏼
Thanks bro. I play this game on my 4K TV, and your advice really makes my day. ❤
Of course! Thank you 💛

It still looks like shit under Fidelity. Miles morales was way ahead of its time in comparison to this
Now that’s big facts!! Maybe it’s the snow but miles morales looked way more polished
I spent half the day messing with Settings yesterday. I got my shit running better than anybody now.
This guy needs to turn his 120 on and make his shit uncapped. This could look so much better than you are saying.

First thing i do on every game if they have them:
disable motion blur and remove film grain. Can’t stand them.
Yeah it's definitely one of the first things I do as well, makes a big difference!
Motion blur looks great on fidelity with 120hz unlocked frame rate
Good tips 👍🏾
Thank you, glad it was helpful!
Collectible shader good tip❤️
Appreciate the videos g imma see what the games looks like without the film grain for sure
Appreciate you! Let me know what ya think!
Thnks for the tips, it helps 👍
Of course! Glad they did!
Thanks so much
Thanks dude!
Of course!!!
My graphics settings are Brightness:35-30 contrast:75 film grain off depth of field off might leave it on - screen effects on
How do you make it nighttime?
Thank you so much bro🙏❤
Of course! Thank you!!!

It's just the game man, it's having a lot of bugs and glitches, it's not your ps5, it's just the game itself
Gordeous! 👍 😅
is midnight mode better on or off
What does film grain do and how can it effect performance?

Just turn it off, it doesnt affect performance it makes the game look better trust me 😁
@@spearz7158yea,you don’t want to have your game looks like you’re playing a fallout cartoon game or something like that on your screen
Thanks way better
Glad to hear it! 😄
@@HosheezyRPG i try contrast 70 as well it’s better the colours but my Tv is just 60 frames and not build for gaming but I play on game mode
It’s a console game, there aren’t that many settings
Idk about that haha, there’s more accessibility gameplay settings in this game than I’ve seen in most games. That includes PC, Xbox, and PS5 games🙌🏼
This game more than likely has the most accessibility settings ever placed in a console game.
You tripping dawg
