I feel like you only ever see Peters animations when you have enough altitude where as Miles just feels fluid no matter what I wish Peter had the same feel but I understand that’s not easy to animate it without it looking the exact same

I see it as miles is having fun with it and Peter is just going through the motions 10 years on. It’s like a person who just got their drivers license vs someone who’s been driving their whole lives

Does anyone know if there’s a particular combo that guarantees the animation where Peter turns to look at the camera while he’s swinging? Not the one where he’s upside down and doing his leg extension, it’s the one where he’s right side up and pulling the web below his waist. Most animations trigger after a specific trick but I can’t seem to figure this one out.
Guaranteed nah. There’s a specific pose that Peter does after web swinging where he would be facing forward with both arms behind his back and both knees bent in front of him (similar to his jump idle pose). When he does that pose and I webswing, he does that pose you’re looking for much often.
It feels like Peter can’t hold the animation he breaks it at one point while miles can keep it up unless you let it go. It’s suits them because Peter is more cautious he breaks it to check if he is alright while miles just flipping without thinking. It’s so cool.
Why does Miles have 5 more animations? Peter has just a Rubik's cube, Morales has 5 animations when he falls with his back to us, this is nonsense and bullshit

Great video! Not technically it’s own trick but there’s a really cool animation you can get when transitioning from a whirlwind into a pan stall (square + down, then left, then up) you can’t hold it but it looks great
Oh yea I see it with Miles.. like a diagonal kick type transition. Also backside wacky to windmill (square right then down then left) I tried with Peter but no cool transition lol. If there are more I might end up doing a video so thanks for the idea!
@@koopa3195 Nothing to do with them “being slightly unforgiving”, every other game option had easy options for newcomers. They didn’t have enough time so they didn’t add the tricks list, same reason why NG+ wasn’t out at launch and why bosses and missions were cut.
I just found out that if you go into photo mode with Peter while doing his Diving neutral, forward, left or right and look at his mask his face is messed up, it looks like the spooder man bug from SM miles morales.
The web-swing animation that Peter Does @0:08 always looks weird to me. It's not smooth at all even if you put it in 30%gamespeed. He looks he just keeps on snapping instantly to do a pose.
I think the point of Peter having more stiffer animations doing air tricks than miles is cuz miles is literally a teenager and Peter is older than him so it shows.
What I mean is u did 1 joystick direction + 2 direction. I’m saying to go up to 3rd joystick and 4 direction combos. Becuase u will be surprised that there is much more unique airtrick animations u missed brother

That one is just a random normal swing animation, only real way to trigger it is not doing tricks
