Most of the calories come from the heavy cream in the cauliflower rice & the cheese. Look at how much fats in there, multiply that by 9 and you have your calories from basically those 2 things cause, chicken breast and cauliflower..very low in fats 😅
I have a local meal prep business in my area and I’ve made recipe changes to avoid unnecessary calories from things like that

To eat high fats if you’re low carb, and eat low fat if ur high carbs (but this is closer to insulin resistance type of health)

40 grams of fat for a meal with cauliflower rice makes no sense to me haha but at least it tasted good
Loads of heavy cream in that rice though, looking at the macros it doesn't even break 8 net carbs so I'm thinking this is from their keto option.

It doesn’t look like enough food. At least bulk it up with more veggies when you send it to people, but no, they can’t do it.
My problem with ALL these meal plans is Volume.
I get it weight and shipping bla bla it's just It worth it.

I purchased my first Factor meal box a week ago, and honestly, it's not worth it. The portion size is small, and I feel like the ingredients are subpar, to be honest.
I’m a recent factor meals customer: The meals are delicious, you get various options. They also have great customer service reps. The only issue is with the digestion of their meals. If you have a sensitive stomach (like me) then you may experience gas, bloating, stomach aches. I first thought it was with their cheese products, but then I tried a garlic chicken meal. My stomach reacted the same way. I canceled my service the next day.

Well I read enough comments, that confirms what I was thinking, which is that it won't work for me because there's too much fat in the ones I might enjoy and I don't believe there's too many I will enjoy to make it worth ordering.
TOTAL SCAM!!! I signed up for the service, followed the prompts, and 10 minutes later decided to cancel the service. They charged me $60 regardless of the cancellation saying that I had "missed the cut-off." Apparently I got interested, and signed into their service all within the last 10 minutes to spare. Seem outrageously convenient for them? It is. They refuse to give my money back and are wasting the first box of food by shipping it to my home even though I won't be home. This company cares more about stealing your wallet than providing an up-front and honest experience. No reason I should be charged. No reason my$60 shouldn't be coming back to me for a cancelled service. You mean to tell me March 30th within 10 minutes of scrolling isn't enough time to keep them from charging me for June 6th? Come on guys. This is a scam and they'll be out of business soon.

Factor lies!!! I worked for them in Goodyear Arizona and they do have frozen foods!! They through your meal around like it’s a football too. Definitely wouldn’t support this company
