Nice to see, rotortillt is standard in Sweden very rare to see a machine without it, but really hard work u need to detach the rotortillt but now when u have ec-oil it will go quick. get a quick coupler to the flex system too 😁, and watch ur diet now😉
Does it spin simultaneously ad you curl and tilt the bucket? Some rotators on the market require you to toggle an auxiliary switch to spin. That never made sense to me.
love the Engcon tilt rotator! I was only fortunate enough to demo the setup that was on display at the conexpo, they are an excavator game changer for sure!
Pretty uncommon here in the USA, I'd like to see them become more common as they seem to be incredibly useful. The hose less installation alone makes it worth it, cant tell you how many hours ive spent fighting pressurized hoses.
This is awesome!!! First off, congrats! Secondly I can’t wait to see all of the functionality and options this will create for you! I am looking forward to the videos!
Is there any reason you chose Engcon over Steelwrist? I’m about to buy one in 2 months and my dealer seemed to try and talk me out of the Engcon because of price and how they force you to buy only their attachments
Hard to tell witch is better. Encon has a smaller one. You are not force to buy their attachment. You may need to weld a new bracket on the attachment though.
I think its awesome that you can use the tiltrator like an attachment. Your Exactly right when you say if you ripping out stumps or thick concrete you can take it off.i never knew you could take it off until today.is it only ec oil models that tiltrator is like an attachment?
There are different sizes of Tiltrotators for different excavators ranging from as little as 1.5 ton (metric) with the EC02B up an excavator weight of 33 tons, but I´ve seen tiltrotators installed on machines up to the 45 ton class working in utility jobs. For further Information I would recommend you to check out the engcon website www.engcon.com
Just checked out Duckgirl, she has skills! It's a shame that she had to disable comments on her channel due to jealous trolls! CHECK OUT DUCKGIRL PEOPLE!
Thank you! That really is not unreasonable given the depth of the device capability and the time and labor saving inherent with it. Also the specialized buckets as well. I hope you post your installation and first uses with it. You may very well start a trend in the US with this fantastic product.
Great videos. That looks like a great set up. So if you want to change machines down the road Would you only need to change that coupler to the excavator it self?? I understand size if machine needs to be pretty close.
Excellent tour. Can't wait to see it installed and how it works. This is really great that your biz is doing well and you can upgrade. Woohoo!
Thanks!
Thats it... There is no going back! Once you get used to rototilt it's a nightmare to operate machine without it. Good choice!
I have the same one on my mini this year and it's amazing .. very smooth .. takes a laborer out of the mix lol ..

Alex Schultz these rotate and tilt at the same time
Have you considered putting it on your Cat 305? And how much was the whole system with the attachments?
love the Engcon tilt rotator! I was only fortunate enough to demo the setup that was on display at the conexpo, they are an excavator game changer for sure!
You'll be very happy with it. The only product and company in the industry I have never heard a bad word said against.
Awesome Earthmovers rotortilt (indexator) is more expensive but they are a mutch better tilt then engcon
Good to hear! I did a bunch of research before deciding to go with Engcon
How much was that whole setup?
Very Shiny. That's neat that has an oilquick type connector
Lego trains
can you make a video of it being installed please
I agree
i agree
Ill see what I can do!
nice purchase. I spend time in Europe and the guys up there are magic with these. Maybe need to upgrade the Flex system to Earthworks.
Dirt Ninja, love your video's very informative with great technical content. Anxious to see how this Tilt-Rotator works out. Keep up the good work !!

We (engcon) have just recently established our new sales office in New Haven, Connecticut.
Good luck with your new toys

Can I buy from india
this equipment is a realy nice shit. what do you think about this equip after three years?
Is there any reason you chose Engcon over Steelwrist? I’m about to buy one in 2 months and my dealer seemed to try and talk me out of the Engcon because of price and how they force you to buy only their attachments

CAT390DTUHD really I didn't know that thanks for telling me.
Why are you getting the thumb removed?
Won't work with the tilt-rotator and I think the lines used for the Thumb get plumed into the Quick oil for the attachments.
I figured that it wouldn't work, thanks for the answer
Landscaping kid as above, but the tilt rotor will weigh a fair bit too the machine would be too unbalanced with a thumb.
What everyone else said is correct.
Are you going to keep the bucket and thumb that came with the machine.
Probably going to try and sell it.
great stuff brah.. ive been using one for 10 years and engcon is the best.
Good to hear!
Oh yes, that will be wonderful and savetime for you!
engcon is the best. i had engcon to. here in finland every body has rototilt.
How much did all of that cost?
Bad ass. Now you can be like Duckgirl
Just checked out Duckgirl, she has skills!
It's a shame that she had to disable comments on her channel due to jealous trolls!
CHECK OUT DUCKGIRL PEOPLE!
Don't like that kind?
Do go on please...
I follow her. She has skills!
She is awesome! Be nice if she opened up her comments though.
I love destroying Trolls via my keyboard.
That "grading bucket" isn't for grading just, here (nordic) its pretty much the daily bucket. Hope that was worth the money :D
Simppa same here in holland
I have a feeling it will be on the machine most of the time!
Hi Man... I'm wondering about how the cost for 21ton excavator? Cheers
Would you give us an approximate cost on the system you purchased, thanks.
$65k

How much was all that?
It's been 2 weeks....when's it gona be fitted??
Great videos. That looks like a great set up. So if you want to change machines down the road
Would you only need to change that coupler to the excavator it self?? I understand size if machine needs to be pretty close.
That is correct!
Have the rotor on the right stick
Feels weird when you're used to it the other way, would probably not be able to use it that way.
awesome stuff, not a fan of the weld on cutting edge of the grading bucket
hard-ox steel. Should last a long time. When its worn out, cut it out and put in a new piece.
Now you can start Diggin swim pools
How much
Congrats
Chop chop and get it on there and making videos :)
