One step at a time, one day at a time. Find out what works. It’s taken me 19 years. Disabled vet, 27+ years in uniform, Vietnam to Gulf War I and a bit beyond. Norm if Congress would just approve medicinal THC for disabled vets. . . Sigh.

Vanicream is a great brand for people with a lot of allergies, not glamorous, definitely doesn't smell the best, but works really well. I'm personally sold on CeraVe right now, doesn't bother my skin/medical issues and is actually helping a lot with my skin.

So happy that the Neutrogena naturals face wash works for you, but i have to add that my experience with it was horrible! I have moderately sensitive skin, and the first time I used it it worked amazing, but then after that I tried to use it a second time, and my face was literally redder than a tomato and was burning so bad, it was also extremely hot to the touch. I also talked to some my friends who had tried it with me and they said the exact same thing, as well as a lot of the online reviews said the same thing! so if anyone is wanting to try it just be aware that the second time you use it you may get a very negative surprise. But the moisturizer was fine!

I have used both Neutrogena naturals and Burt's Bees and I like both brands. I can't wait to take a virtual tour of your new house. I'm really excited about it. Good luck with everything. I don't use makeup either, Jaquie. I'm 60 years old and I've never used it. I also don't like the way it feels on my face. I personally think any makeup is unhealthy for your skin.

Another product line that is SUPER hypoallergenic is Vanicream. My dermatologist put me on that to help my sensitive skin. Then when I went to see my allergist He was all about that because it is so Hypoallergenic. I have Rosacea , Acene, and serve allergies. They have everything. Face wash, lotion, body wash, and etc.

    Hi Jacquie,
I really enjoy watching your videos. I too live with several chronic illnesses and know what a struggle it can be. You and Judd are a really sweet couple and Harlow is adorable. I want to send you something off of your Amazon list for your new home. I am so happy for you both. What an exciting time and new chapter in your life. I could not locate Judd’s Moms address to send it. Could you please send me your email address so we can communicate in a less public forum.
    Thanks so much, Gena

I used to use that Neutrogena naturals but it didn't quite give me the consistent results but i am still using products from the Neutrogena brand. .so far so good...
ALSO, I feel like you should keep using the same witch hazel instead of a new toner..keep the most natural products you can, ya know 😁
    You look GREAT 😊

Hey there :) I it's so helpful to know what other people are using hey?! I use Native for my deodorant and I have been trialling their body wash which SO FAR hasn't had a reaction so that is good (Although I say "so far" simply because I'll be fine fine fine then BANG not fine. But I'm hoping this will last longer. I also use ASAP daily exfoliating scrub its really gentle on your skin but feels great afterwards. I have Alpha-H products that I utilise without problem so far....but I'm struggling to find a decent moisturiser thats not to heavy and preferably not oil based. I used to use one from the Body Shop but I don't think they have that life anymore. Also it didn't have sunscreen in it and I prefer that during the day becasue I don't want my skin getting hurt by the sun. I'll be reading the comments to see what others are trialling! Thanks again xo

I use Neutrogena natural face wash. I like the line because it is more natural and does not test on animals.
I've moved to PUR 4-in-1 cloud cream for my daily moisturiser (light) and origins high potency night a mins for my night cream (heavy, but good for dry combination skin and winter). I have sensitive skin and both moisturizers work really well for me.
Not testing on animals is important to me so that leaves out the majority of skin care companies though.

That is the only face wash/cleanser i can use too, love it (when i find it in stores i buy all of it because i never know when i will be able to find it again), then i use Thayers Alcohol Free Rose Petal Witch Hazel With Aloe Vera, you should give it a try, it's a great upgrade from normal witch hazel.

Mainly for my brother tho he has a very strong latex allergies because of massed cell so he gets hives all over his face and he has pretty bad acne. Since like 99.99 percent of face products kill him he tried some of these stuff and it works! 10/10

I have rosacea and was thus far unable to find any good, affordable moisturizers (poor university student, yay). I do find that rose water works really well, especially together with witch hazel. The nice thing about rose water is also that you can make it yourself at home:)

I have extremely sensitive skin. Aveeno products cater to that. I love their ultra-calming moisturizer. By the time I get to that step, the simple act of scrubbing my face has inflamed it considerably. The Aveeno moisturizer calms the skin down well.

Sadly I had to go away from Neutrogena there products made my skin red. I have sensitive skin so I switched to L'Oreal Paris Micellar Cleansing Water it's very gentle. Then I use the L'Oreal Paris Hydra Genius. It's a face lotion/cream. They have it for different skin types but I use the normal/dry skin. I have combo skin. Then one time weekly I use the L'Oreal Paris Ideal Clean All skin types. I like using this when I'm in the shower then when I get out I put the face lotion. Sometimes I forget to use it while I'm in the shower because it's not what I do everytime i take a shower, I just use it once a week.

One PLEASE be careful when mixing the different products because they may react differently vs using the same line. I am so glad that you are close to getting into your new home. I think that will make life better for you and your health.
I remember that you did a video on your dad moving to Tampa Bay and I was curious if he has made the move or if he did how close will he be to you? If he did make the move what does his new place look like?
I know you love Disney but is there a different place or theme park that you love to go to that is wheelchair accessible that you can do a video on? Plus I know that Judd can drive but have you ever taken Public Transit in your area and if not could you do a video on your public transit system and show how wheelchair accessibility works on it?
Thank You for your videos & take care and God Bless.

My tip is to go for products targeted for older ladies, they tend to be kinder on the skin, and if you have dry skin, they work wonders.
I once went into a makeup store and asked for the strongest moisturizer they made (I had eczema around my eyes so couldn't use steroid cream) and the lady showed me a moisturizer they target to 60 year old women, and I kept telling her to think older, and came away with a fantastic night cream designed for 80+ year olds, and it helped soooo much. I then bought all my makeup from there and get surprised looks, but it's the best for me!

I can hardly wait to hear your review of Burt's Bees products for the skin. I used Neostrata oil free face wash with glycolic acid and Neostrata toner for a number of years. Loved it and then they took it off the shelf and changed it 😠 I am now using Reversa 3 in 1 gel cleanser and Reversa moisturizing cream with 8% glycolic acid. So far, I love the products! 🤗❤️

The burt's bees sensitive skin cotton extract cleanser has been my go to for the past two years. Two other good brands to check out are Glossier and Valjean Labs. I used the Glossier moisturizer daily and the Valjean Labs hydrate serum. Another plus is that burts bees and all of these brands are cruelty free!

I have really sensitive skin the only make up I can use is Clinique and that is expensive so only wear it on special occasions. Deodorant I had more of an issue due to them setting off my asthma and can only use nivia. Same with hairspray can’t use it and have to use gel due to my asthma. Skin I don’t do a lot just when really dry as too much irritates me.

Nutrogena isnt a bad product, it is a drug store grade, so it is a more affordable option. I agree everyone wants to use the more expensive options. I also try to stick away from fragrances when using products for face, as fragrances tend to irritate my skin. If I do any fragrances its natural fragrances like coconut water or aloe vera. Just something not harsh on the skin.
