A month or so ago I was standing in the exact same spot as you fishing in that washing machine...and the rocks and reef below that spot ate a dozen sinkers...BUT...jirrrrrrr...there were a LOT of bites, but they all had commitment issues. If I knew then what I know now, I would have used a size 2 or 1 J- Hook, instead of a 1/0 Circle. PS: That big wave coming you pointed out was nothing, bra. I was on that ledge when it looked like a tsunami coming in...it smashed into the rock face to the right and rolled all around the ledge... dunking me, my rods, my reels, my tackle and tackle bag. It soaked both short pockets...I had a vape in one pocket, and my cell phone in the other. Thankfully they both survived... That wave came around well above my head...all I could do was grab onto a rock and turn my back on it to shelter from it.
Yip, that spot can be a pain with the sinkers, but totally worth the struggle when you land sometl keepers and true that thats why you can go there along on the high tide good to have someone with you just incase.. but damn bro thats hectic what happened to you glad you safe and got away unharmed..🙏 tight lines buddy 🎣 and stay turned in for the next upload..
Hi guys just some tips for Fishing on the rocks keep your sinker line 60cm and your hook line 10 to 15 cm give it a try also you should try correlate worm of crayfish tale is king bait to get them big hotties have fun guys enjoy 👌
