I had just returned from my mission and heard this talk. I always loved the plain speaking and authoritative deep voice of Elder Peterson. These words are a great gift at Christmastime.
It was a wonderful talk. It made my morning.
If we want to keep our testimony of Jesus Christ always burning brightly, we need to learn more about him, and choose to really love him. I believe that our faithfulness to God, and our testimony of him is the "oil in our lamps," like in the parable of the 10 virgins. The bridegroom, I believe represents the family of God. If we are prepared we shall not fear that we won't make it spiritually.
A wonderful message about our lord Jesus Christ.Thank you!

AAAAAAAA! Amo esse propósito da continuidade de Deus! Não havendo fim por ser eterno não conseguir ver o início mas é porque é o princípio que Deus quer que nos importamos! Jesus Cristo é o Pai Celestial!
Amo recordar essa parte até aqui. Claro que irão ter cada vez menos expectadores para o final mas não significando menos expectativa, não devemos criar espécie de monstros ansiosos que sempre destroem no final. Vou me concentrar na minha fraqueza terrena, tendo certeza que sei que meu foco será mais acertivo
Porque se disser quem eu sou talvez não nos compreendamos igualmente mais uma vez e a tristeza que está sempre pronta na espreita para entrar na porta que bates entrará primeiro me enganando? Mas, se compreendo a todos e compreendo a Deus, e sei do amor de meu Deus que vem de mim da alegria do Pai Celestial e o quanto Cristo quer de mim que eu seja, serei forte na minha fraqueza.
