i love this boat what a nice outfit. it is so sharp especially for the money. i live in minnesota usa i think there would be a great use for this boat here. the priorities could not be better. the 50 hp motor seems the perfect power for this boat. practical really is beautiful this boat is proof of that.

The boat is really tilted over with just one person in it, and thats even with you trying to stand in the middle and leaning over to steer. It would only be worse if you were actually sitting comfortably in your seat. I would reckon you would need two people or ballast on the port side to keep the boat level.
wood it be better to have a 70 or 80 hp motor so when you put all your gear and to friends in the boat it ill still plane off to get home ahead of a storm

Hi Jerry, what HP engine would you recommend for the Hunter that's strong enough to plain but also economical as well ?

Needs ballast and not to be towed with the engine down.
