The speed at which Char and Amuro are fighting is incredible. I think that iconic fight was intentionally speeded up because that's how it would look to non-newtypes such as the passengers in the escape craft.

As trivial information here, the two GM pilotes are Jack Beard (the one first to talk and introduces himself) and Adam Stingray (the one who didn't have time to introduce himself)
I think we should make a petition for universal to bring this ride to america i mean they ARE making a third park and this would be a totally different addition!

Sayla Mass flies by in the core fighter, Amuro in his headless Gundam battles Char in the Zeong, and Kai chastises us for being in the middle of the war zone!...... damn....... theat was fucking awesome! I like the new gundam series too but the old gundam shows have a sepecial place in my heart!
A little later on after you see the reflection, you see the NCO (sergeant) of the GM in the right sacrifice himself in order for the lesser pilot (probably an EM, a private/specialist in US Army terms) and the lifepod (containing the passengers of the ride) to escape from A Bao A Qu before the interior detonates, whereupon you land inside the White Base's hangar.
Can you imagine that whole time the piolet goes threw all that shit and then retuns to the base just to deliver the captains fast food order and the captain is like, "uuuhhh i said diet coke....this is ragular coke." That would be rediculous, that whole battle and explosions and shit, destroying that base for nothing.
Actually, that ride has been going on for around 5-6 years. This isn't a new ride. This is evident because Sayla Mass (the girl riding the Jet Fighter in one scene) is still voiced by the original voice actor before her death in 2003-4.
It's not the RX-78 Gundam. It's a transport vessel... the phrase 'hasheen' I believe is the Japanese phrase for 'launch' (though I don't know Japanese that well, I've picked up a few words/commands that are regular in anime). The transport vessel is an emergency life pod that you see is carried by two GMs through the battlefield (you can see the reflection at 2:55 of the lifepod and two GMs).

Actually, with MS thrusters and such as overpowered as they are, I'd be willing to bet that they'd be able to move FASTER than what they do here, because remember, they can't just show speeding lines all the time and call it a mecha series.
I am amazed that someone was able to take a movie of this... Sorta sad it closed... And sued or not, it DID have warning signs just like Fujiyama regarding the possible affects this ride can have on people

Heh, I just noticed that at the very end they seem to land on a Pegusus-Class Ship Now, It kinda looked like the Gray Phantom, but it couldn't have been there because it was at Libot getting owned by the Cyclops, the Throughbred was out defending Garcia Darkov, the Albion hadn't been built yet... That basically leaves the Blanc Rival dosn't it?

It's too bad that they didn't at least sell the ride to another park or something... someone would have boughten it. Ah well... And yeah, the Pegasus-class at the end looks more like the Gray Phantom, though it probably isn't that. It's probably just an unnamed Pegasus-class Refit.
Oh i getcha now. That wasnt the white base that u land on. Its the Thoroughbred its a new improve version of white base. They had a storyline the Encounters in Space game it was pretty cool.

Reminds me a lot of Back To The Future the ride. I imagine it works largely the same way.

We need full motion video game cockpits for Gundam games at arcades. Then we could, as pilots, experience epic battles such as Solomon and A Bao Qu.

From the OO83 it showed he used a blue gelgoog. int he bookd series he used his modified rick dom 2 type II
@iPururin He does show up in other works, like in Ecole du Ciel, in which he's an AEUG pilot.
