Okay,.. I'm going to add my comment in real quick on this guy before I read all of the comments... ***At the 2:30 minute mark of the video I am literally 😂.. this dude is AWESOME!!! BRO, I don't even want to say anything bad so I won't..
Great video! We have a few 40k pumps in Va - might look into this! Saw a good idea of putting a toilet plunger over the end of the lance to minimize blow back from debris. Thanks for sharing!
sounds good brother
thanks for taking the time to see our work
stay real out there!
thanks for the video. it all makes sense to not damage the gunite, whats the average price on an average size pool no spa using white cement marcite surface in 2023. thanks
Hello thank you for writing in we are in Los Angeles
An average pool with no spa is going to be approximately 100 linear feet for white plaster you could be between 40 and $50 per linear foot that is with demolition and Holloway and no tile installation
With waterline tile installation you could add another perhaps twenty-five or thirty dollars per linear foot that would include the tile material
After the pool is plastered you would then need to put it through a startup procedure most pull technicians would charge 4- 500 hundred dollars for that I hope this helps
@@UltimatePoolGuy thanks for the breakdown on pricing, i appreciate it!!
Dammmm mike you keep upping the scale bro 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Excellent!!
Haha
Thank you brother!
Now you are starting to feel my thunder!
Really glad to hear that you liked the video and as always thank you for checking in and taking a look at our work

Great vid. I am looking for somebody with Hydro Blast in the Bay Area. Any of them out there?
Yes
You can contact your local swimming pool contractors and ask if this type of services with their menu of services
What did that plaster demo cost if you dont mind me asking?
The kind of demolition should cost between 12-16 ish dollars a linear foot depending on your location and who you are working with
Hope this helps 👍
Shout out from sacramento,CA,
our company started doing hydroblaster like 4 months ago and guess what,

I’m doing same thing here in Michigan but having a lot of trouble with shields fogging and scratching easy with plaster . What shield do you use
Right on brother thank you very much for writing in I know that we go through a ton of protective gear but I'm not exactly sure which brand we use Jesus runs that crew next time I see him I will specifically ask or try to otherwise find out and let you know
😷🚫
UltimatePoolGuy thank you
Also I’m using #25 nozzle .
ok right on brother...Ill ask Jesus what we use on our set up and let you know where we are at with that
Did I understand correctly, that you guys typically use 32,000psi?
I'm told between 20-30 thousand psi for most plaster surfaces but the machines are adjustable all the way up to 50,000 psi and some adjustments are necessary for each job because the plaster is harder and more dense than others
For example a pebble finish surface would require higher PSI
These machines are expensive and there's a lot of adjustment within the unit
@@UltimatePoolGuy makes sense! Awesome content and thank you for the quick response!
No problem 👍
Good luck out there 💯
Is this proscess faster than air chipping or sandblasting?
Same
This is a different process of pool demolition that is oftentimes specified when we want depth control or we want to control the amount of damage to the actual pool shell
It is common to see this process with a pebble finish or glass finish pool to control the amount of depth in the demolition
Hat does it mean to air chip? Learning these terms now

this video shows plaster chipping
