Good to have multiple hobbies Jason. Great Jeep. I'm sure your adrenaline gets going when your four-wheeling. Rock crawling with your R/C Toyota must be a blast. Live the video. I'm also into classic 1:1 cars. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy your week.
BEST C&C EVER!!! I want an RC rock Crawler now! THANKS JASON!!! I also want to build a model of a Jeep all done up like yours. MAN! I LOVE that thing!!!!! That Jeep Is COOL!!
Great video Jason. We were a 1/10 crawler family for about a decade before I became disabled. Now we run a fleet of the 1/24 scale crawlers. We also have 1/10 and 1/18 scale machines. All brushless racers though. We raced and did fire pit pizza yesterday. I broke both of my racers..lol. Great looking Jeep as well.
Less and less trails every year honestly. They keep getting closed down because a lot of people don’t know how to be responsible, and respectful off road.
I too have more than one hobbies.I sometimes have a hard time trying to balance them all.I also have a small wood shop, I enjoy fishing,I make my own wooden fishing lures and also made and sold some,I have a antique car that has 57 k original miles. And I’m also an artist.
Kool stuff Thabks for the tour of ot that jeep is bad azz , you should build a replica of it . I love RCs they are just to expensive for me now. I have a few traxxas here that I pull out from time to time . Yes it is here in Houston. For the past two weeks it's been 120 in my garage.
Awesome other hobbies. I too have a crawler, but it's not as nice as yours. I used to run Axial trucks, they are great trucks. Love the mods to the Jeep!
I raced 1/10 scale 4wd and 2wd buggy and 1/10 stadium trucks in California, when I was in my adolescence. Race at some big events back then. I moved on to crawling the past couple of years. I’ve only owned one crawler and it’s a vanquish. Hobbies are not cheap but are a great way to take your mind away from issues, work, and real world. A great way to escape and just enjoy life.
I had an 04 Rubicon, same wheels, mine had 33's. LOVED IT!! Heartbroken when I traded it in.... Wish I could have kept it. I miss driving around with no doors or top. Mine was silver.
I figured most of us have multiple hobbies, all costing us money! This sounds like a good subject for all of us to do a video on. Perhaps a lot of us can connect through other hobbies, also. Plus it is interesting to see what other model builders are into. Thanks!
Your jeep rear end what you were trying to explain is like a Detroit Locker 9 " rear ends from Ford. I had that in my 76 Elite with 3.89 gears ( the car was built) and when you made a right turn, the right rear wheel would "skitter" , its a locking rear end great for straight line drag racing. Car really turned heads as I would make a turn with it and gear heads would stand up and take notice! Lol! Later it was changed over to posi traction, easier in the turns unless you punch it, it'll lock and the posi traction comes into play. I may be long winded but you get the drift!
Funny your showing this, I just found out a guy that lives down the road from me is big into model building and has 50 plus 1/10 scale remote all electric trucks custom made bead locks and all. I was shocked when I saw his room, going to try to get a video on his shop... cool stuff! Jeep is sweet, fun looking ride!
Wouldn’t a little blue Lok-Tite keep those screws from backing out? I lived/worked in CT for about six months after Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast in 2005 and bought a new 2006 Wrangler Golden Eagle. Loved driving it, but when I moved back to the coast it wasn’t big enough for my R/C airplanes so I traded it for a 2007 GMC Sierra. I miss that Jeep. Peace and love.
Don't have three arms and hands to hold the phone and drive your rc rock crawler? Sounds like someone isn't dedicated! 😂 j/k. Good look at the other hobbies! Edit - Hens teeth - that's a new one for me, lol
Nice Jeep let's go play 👍👍

Very cool! You must have a few off road trails in your area to use your Jeep and those R/C trucks look like alot of fun. Thanks for sharing.

I get that. I used to snowmobile and it was the same thing.

It's always interesting and fun to see what other hobbies 'modelers' are into! What's the old saying.....'variety is the spice of life'?
