1:19 I have made similar pulls like that by taking shock cord and stuffing the center of the shock cord down into to the outer shell of the cord. You can also gut the cord completely and pushing some foam or plastic or anything else you can fit. Looks like this one had maybe a little heat on that tip as they filled it in… wonder if they made them in-house or ordered them???
