- Fantastic song by Masayoshi Takanaka from 1979 the bass line is popping and not seen many people cover it so here is my take :)

I appreciate you putting up a bass cover, I think you’re the only person on TH-cam to put up a bass cover since this video helped me learn the bassline by ear. I love the bassline progression that starts 0:36 with the low G note on the E string 3rd fret, so fresh to listen to. Do you record just off a camera/phone’s mic with the song playing through speakers, or do you run it through some kind of audio interface for your bass covers? Keep the bass covers going man!
Hey brother, thanks for the kind words I'm really glad this video could help you. I did notice there was a lack of accurate bass covers of this song online. I'm not even sure if my version is accurate as I learnt it by ear myself but people seem to enjoy it so I'm happy with that 😊 I use an audio interface dude my antelope discrete 8 has real-time processing so I play through that.

You killed it man! That was awesome! My cousin introduced me to Takanaka a few weeks ago and I have been in love with his music every since. I like this genre whatever the name is. I've been trying to learn his music and others by ear on Bass and Guitar, so this was really great to see! Such an inspiration!
