9/27: Got destroyed with this test. 1/10. I will keep trying and post updates. Edit 9/28: I did so much better today. I managed to get 8/10, really starting to isolate the meaning of the speech. Will continue to practice. Edit 9/29: got 10/10, biggest thing I'm understanding is the order of things said. Going to move on to the next listening tests.

Why is the correct answer in question 3 C and not B? Even in the Pinyin it says 她 referring to the mama and not me. In my opinion the question should have been “我在饭店喝了什么？“ for answer C.
#3 has a major issue. You start the story in first person saying "I drank a glass of hot water". Which means the question you asked at the end is about your mother because you used the pro-noun "She". If you wanted to test us on what you were drinking, then the question has to be formatted with "Wo" and not "Ta" . You did the same thing in question #4. You cannot start a story in first person and then ask a question in third person without clarifying which character you are specifically talking about. If you want the answer to be B. Then the question has to be formatted: "Which book is mine?"

Indeed, there are many more words in the actual exams (the same happens in our video stories) than the ones in the vocabulary lists, but the official lists are very useful, as they include the vocabulary that will certainly or most probably appear in the exams, so mastering their understanding and usage is a great way to create a good foundation for each level and measure your own progress.

Try searching for plum tomatoes to see what they look like. To me the picture looks like plum tomatoes but I think your word means cherry tomatoes.
