Form has absolutely nothing to do with stress-based injuries 😂 Everyone will 100% get injured if running too much. Go do intensity training 7 days in a row and you will get injured no matter what's your form.
@markolim8938 ⬆️ ⬆️ DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS. Of course if you run 20hrs per day you will get injured. If you overstride stress on the shins, hips, and knees are multiplied. Make sure the point where you push into the ground is just below the hip.
The 10% increment should be for daily runs? Starting at 5k for example, would every run at the end of the charts (30k) be this long or only 1, 2, 3 times per week to keep it safe 1. **January 8, 2024** - 5 km 2. **February 1, 2024** - 5.5 km 3. **February 25, 2024** - 6.05 km 4. **March 20, 2024** - 6.66 km 5. **April 13, 2024** - 7.32 km 6. **May 7, 2024** - 8.05 km 7. **June 1, 2024** - 8.86 km 8. **June 25, 2024** - 9.74 km 9. **July 19, 2024** - 10.71 km 10. **August 12, 2024** - 11.78 km 11. **September 5, 2024** - 12.95 km 12. **September 29, 2024** - 14.25 km 13. **October 24, 2024** - 15.69 km 14. **November 17, 2024** - 17.29 km 15. **December 11, 2024** - 19.02 km 16. **January 4, 2025** - 20.92 km 17. **January 28, 2025** - 23.01 km 18. **February 21, 2025** - 25.31 km 19. **March 17, 2025** - 27.84 km 20. **April 10, 2025** - 30.62 km
Based on what? 😂 Absolute nonsense without any science behind those claims. Sleep yes but eating and hydration which everyone do. And strength training ur upper body has nothing to do with running injuries. It's even harmful as it stresses ur body.
I just recently got injured while running, I was just about to finish, I fumbled and sprained my ankle.
Hydration is #1. Proper hydration will make sleep, nutrition, strength training, and easing in to it overall better. Water is life.

Running too fast is the most common cause of injury
Solid build! Legs are perfect
Legit tips, man. 👌🏻
This is a very great video
Running is your life at this point.
In Germany we say
ITS the pace what Kills you,
Not the distance!
Try doing some small runs in those Vivos too

Do you have a video on your lifting sessions?
As a father of three I consistently get under 7 hrs of sleep lol
No mobility/stretching?
correlation is not the causation
I don’t think u need to lift weight, body weight is enough and focusing on the core.
My mom could have told me that
Good video but it sounds like you are just making up statistics.
Nutrition, proceeds to eat empty calories
Basically u mean be rich asf . Most people can't afford all this man
Doing the basic things doesn’t require money for example most people can sleep more than 7 hours and drink 3 liter of water everyday start with that .
Everything except the food is free lol
@@henryvincent5188 are good running shoes free ? What are u talking about old man . Have u lost your mind
@@user-og9nl5mt1b this video says nothing about shoes. You can run barefoot if you like
@@henryvincent5188 there is barely any grass left . Every where is roads and pavement
