    PSE MACH 34 all day. Made in the USA. the lightest bow by far, forgiving platform. Great speeds. Sexy. Etc
    Honorable mention Hoyt RX7

    It is interesting how one of the slowest rated bow was the fastest in real life. Mass weight and speed seems to be two things some companies habitually lie about.

    Pse is the only one of the bunch fully made in the USA. Definitely worth mentioning!!

    FYI 3dB is a doubling of perceived sound, but great video. Tough comparison to ibo when you are using 400g arrow and 29” draw, but good for you for using a standard test spec.

    Will be stocking Hoyt once again in our shop.
    I will be shooting the Rx7 Ultra 34. Pretty sure in the new ORGIN camo. Yowsa
    I normally shoot around 60#. I did shoot the Rx7 at about 72#. Very very nice draw at that added weight.

    Finally, i have been waiting for a review like this. Seems like all the big bow manufacturers are leaning towards the carbon market these days. I wonder if Mathews will test the carbon waters. I'm glad to see Bowtech and Elite get into the game with 2 verry solid first editions of flagship carbons, only to get better as time goes on. This being said, I still believe that Hoyt is the leader of the pack. However, they will need to up their game on the tune ability of their bows, or they will fall behind.

    • @brucehillbillybarthalow3786

      Actually this is bowtech's second attempt.the first failed for whatever reason.

    • @stevew3718
      @stevew3718 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Bruce hillbilly Barthalow I know they had the carbon icon and zion. However, I didn't know they attempted a flagship carbon bow. They definitely hit it out of the park with the one, only to get better, I assume.

    I’ve got a newb question. When they say a bow is a “right hand” bow, does that mean it’s held with the right hand or is it drawn with the right hand? Thanks

    • @thehunter9149
      @thehunter9149 ปีที่แล้ว

      A right hand bow is held with the left hand and drawn with the right. A left would obviously be the opposite of that

    It should be noted that bowtech had the carbon knight and overdrive 2013-14.for whatever reason they forgot or wanted to forget.in a review done by Haxen hunt,he shot the carbon one.he said come on bowtech and walked away from finishing the review. Odd isn't it?

    Is there a reason that the PSE Levitate wasn't part of this? There is a 2.0 version for 2023, so it seems a bit off to exclude it while using the new version of the RX7

    Bow weight does not stabilise. But if i put the difference between a carbon and alloy bow at the front or the back, have the a more stable bow or the same stable bow even lighter🤘

    Bowtechs letoff is adjustable on the letoff. It changes from performance to comfort, and there's aftermarket cable stop pegs that you can adjust your holding weight with.

    all these companies just lie about there mass weights and ibo speeds but it is what it is..i have the elite era and i can say its just a shooting machine..my friend bought the bowtech carbon and after shooting my elite he sold it and took a beating and got the elite era as well which we are still setting up..elite is heads and shoulders above any bow company in micro adjustability which the others lack..bowtech made a huge mistake with a carbon bow so heavy and the sales will be nothing like they expect imo..
