Maybe they are maybe they won’t be. Regardless, you think they will be. Which means the value is high right now. Cam Johnson is a hell of a basketball player. Might be a perfect fit next to Embiid as well. I think it makes a ton of sense.
Plus you’re trying to win now 😂.
@@_AVC_ dude you’re dead wrong no matter what toy think that 28 pick is pure projection. Since ESPN called it an amazing pick now everyone wants to ride what espn says. Every Philly Pdcaster is all calling the 28 pick the best thing we have also. Funny how ESPN word is gold still. Regardless that’s a hell of a pick up for 2028 Pick that you have no idea what it’s going to be. Clippers just built a new stadium and now if we sign PG13 they’ll jsut add a better player than PG the clippers have been and are going to keep trying to be a championship team that won’t change in 3 years
@@kennethadams8460 So are you disagreeing with the original comment or me? You replied to me but you seem to be replying to the first guy haha. 😅
Realistic keeping Paul Reed, really….you couldn’t coach him up all season along with Springer and Bamba, and you want to keep him…it’s because of Reed who could’ve sharpened his elbows and won a couple of games for the SIxers against the Knicks that we want out of here. Its Embiid,Maxey and Council and the backpedal team..
You blame Reed for losing y’all games?
We needed inside presence and he failed…He was the only one who could’ve created some space and instead we had 6’4’ players with the rebound occasionally…How are you going to win games,if Embiid has to play close to 48 min..come on Mr.Reed, get in there and help us ,come Mr.Bamba please with your 7’0” height ,get aggressive..the games were close, they could’ve been the difference makers..
@@johnzywko5885 That feels like it was just a poor matchup. In all due fairness the Knicks were like an all time rebounding team at points this year. Not saying your thoughts aren’t valid but we are missing a ton of context.

@@_AVC_ just sent it I’m Philly sports fan 8
Sixers can offer 12 million for Derrick Jones Jr.
They certainly can!
U have zero idea about how Morey works and it's not the 19th pick fyi
Video was made before the picks were finalized haha. Won’t do that next year! Learning as we go!
What’s up though?
Paul Reeds contract is non-Guarenteed and RC4 is likely to return to the team
Correct! I personally just felt like bringing B Ball Paul back haha. I don’t really know what to do with the Ricky part 😅.
@@_AVC_ I think he'll make the roster and they'll hope he will be their 9/10th guy off the bench he showed a lot of promise throughout the season with his shooting, and overall energy. I'd keep him over paul for sure, think you could get someone cheaper/better than paul on the vet min
@@thazrill70 Honestly the center market is pretty rough right now and that’s why I kept him 😅. It’s not bad for like the top 3 names but then it drops a ton, and for minimum guys it feels like it’s Mason Plumlee and not much else.
Trading that 28 pick for Cam Johnson would be a disaster
While I would love a Gary Trent pickup, apparently Nurse hates him and the two of them have had real issues in the past from the Raptors days.
Watch Morey get Lavine
I think it’s a call they at least make.
Unfortunately bro lost me at Cam Johnson for 2 first round picks.
Aw why? He’s a good player 😂.
not only 2 frp, but trading the Clippers UNPROTECTED 2028 Pick lol, FOR CAM JOHNSON
@@samuelmojica858 I hear y’all lol. I’ll make the argument with you though. Are we wanting to win now or not?
@@_AVC_ I get it, i actually like Cam Johnson, love the fit here, i just don't like the idea of trading a pick that could be very valuable in the future for him.
@@samuelmojica858 No yeah I hear ya haha. All the more reason to spend it now, because everyone else thinks it could be good.
Sixers are going to trade those picks
During the draft
Maybe 🤷🏻♂️. I think you can get play now type dudes this year. Maybe not a high ceiling but you can get a cheap young role player at 16.
@@_AVC_ Morey's job is on the line he passed on multiple trades this season to hold the cap space and picks. He's going to need to put a much better team out.
@@vivobaby I mean yeah. So you need to add some depth. You can do that with a draft pick in the mid teens 😂. He could certainly trade it but both are 100% options.
Maxey is the only player that should be back.
No Embiid!?
You’re not getting any of these players because you forgot who the GM is, and it’s not Brad Stevens or Riley..You’re all over the place just grabbing players for no reason at all.
I mean we give a reasoning for each one. Can you elaborate with some specifics?
We need balance and not 35 yr old players, balanced teams win the most…we had Embiid,Maxey and pot luck, come on Sixers, what are you doing…You’ve got Harris and Reed backpedaling out of trouble all the time
@@johnzywko5885 I don’t think this is a conversation as much as a yell into the void 😅
You REALLY NEED TO UNDERSTAND CAP HOLDS. NONE OF THIS WORKS
Alright cap lock warrior 😂, shoot me a dm here and we can walk through the process. I do appreciate the comment!

16th n u pass up eddy 7'2 center, lol
I mean yeah haha, not where I see his value.
16hpick
Yeah Fanspo hadn’t updated yet at the time of recording.
The 16th pick will be used on Bronny and Lebron will be in Philly , this has already been planned. Also what people are forgetting is Embiid extension
I love that your name is Prophet for a comment like this 😂. Aye if it happens I’ll come back to this comment and we will officially crown you The True Prophet haha!
Wouldnt giving 2 first round picks for caruso be way better?
First of all your username is hilarious. Second I don’t personally think so. I don’t think you need to give that much to even get him if you want him. He can certainly help the team though.
Respect the effort, but not the knowledge of the team....clearly you don't value defense or recognize that this team needs to get more athletic. Adding Cam Johnson, Gary Trent, and Buddy Hield? Thankfully Morey also watched games and realized the Buddy Hield thing didn't work. He barely played in the playoffs. The Sixers need Athleticism / Rebounding from their PF. They need 3&D from the wing. And they need a 2-way guard with decent size. Gary Trent, Buddy Hield, and Cam Johnson address NONE of that. Sorry for harsh criticism but this is a lot of words without detail and real insight into building a team. The sixers defense would be horrendous with Johnson Trent and Hield. ew
I knew the Philly fans would come eventually haha. I mean I can’t completely disagree with your logic. What names do you want?
Laurie markennen
@@noshiz7033 It doesn’t sound like Utah wants to move him so I didn’t consider it.
I would say Gary Trent addresses the need for a bigger guard alongside Maxey in the backcourt with the ability to shoot. The issue there is whether or not he would want to play for Nurse again.
@@phillyinsiderpodcast Can’t imagine anyone doesn’t like Nurse, dude is pretty good at getting dudes their shots. As far as height goes I personally have stood next to him a couple times and I’m bigger than him 😅. I mean I’m 6’5 but still. I still could definitely see him fitting though!
This team you put together is trash that team is out in the 1 round also 😂
These are my favorite comments 😂. I mean it genuinely as well, like you just felt the need to be like “this fucking sucks” lol. No suggestions, just sharing your disappointment. In a vacuum it’s actually hilarious.
Anyway. Okay what do we do then to make it better. You need to back up your statement with a plan! I pers think this team can go pretty far and maybe get lucky. Not a for sure chip by any means though.
All wrong
Every single thing? 😂
Agreed
@@vivobaby Again I’ll ask. On everything? 😂
@@_AVC_ the pg signing was realistic and expected. The rest pretty much no cam Johnson won't be worth the trade.
@@vivobaby I live the idea of Can Johnson next to Embiid. For how teams will guard Embiid you need that wing spacer in the opposite corner. I know you saw Tobias miss all those shots 😂.
This team is garbage another 1 round exit 😂
I mean maybe, why do ya think so though. We try to back up claims in the comments we make haha.
