I just watched the 100k steps walking challenge that you did over a year ago, great video. You should try the finnish green beret military march as a challenge. It's 80km in 30h with 40kg worth of equipment. Furthermore, at least 10km of the march is done running and 20km is done with at least an additional 10kg held in the hands. Then there is usually roughly 10km of the march which is done whilst wearing a gas mask. In the finnish military it's a huge honor to finnish the "beret march"

What a great idea. I used to be timid and shy and then I broke up with an idiot ex and it propelled me to just start living. I did cave swimming, took up heavy weights, sailed boats, moved to a different country….Every time you go outside your comfort zone you grow in confidence and happiness and add more wonderful life stories to tell the grandchildren. Life should be lived.
