In this video, I don't think there is any actual coercion in that sense. I imagine they would both feel very comfortable saying no, if anything was not worth it for the video. Even when she was a little bit more serious, he accommodated her immediately. Your larger point is very important, but it's kind of weird when applied to these 2 people in particular with this video. I can easily imagine a different video! where there's actual full-on pressure for a person to do something, because it's for the video, peer pressure, it's been planned out, people are being paid, emotional manipulation, not wanting to lose business opportunities and connections as far as one's income and career goes, etc. Which is fucking disgusting.

You guys should do the penny date, here is a general description "You decide before you set out that you’re going to flip a coin X number of times. Then you get in the car and begin driving, flipping the penny every time you come to a stop sign or stop light. If it lands on heads, you turn right; if it lands on tails, you turn left. You keep doing this until you’ve flipped the predetermined number of times, and wherever you end up, you get out of the car and make a date out of wherever you end up." I did this with my boyfriend once and it was really fun!

If you get it wrong you have to eat something that contains a food from the hate list, if you get it right you pick from the love list. Then when you go to workout each new exercise do the same thing. If you get the coin flip wrong your next movement comes from the hate list, get it right and you can pick from the love list.
